Great tutorial thank you.
Nicely made video.
Thank you !!
keep going !!!! beginner flameworker from Turkey :)
i have been looking for a video like this. i didn't know to preheat the silver and i couldn't get it to stick to the punty
Is the tip of your national glass?
Can we get more info on the quartz mini torch 👀 that thing is neato
Absolutely! This is a borosilicate hand torch that I made. It's a very simple design, but is certainly a delicate tool. They're great for heat, super clean burning. But very finicky when it comes to adjustment of flame. They can also quite literally explode, so the set up has to be done with proper flashbacks and utmost safety in mind.
Hope this helps! Thanks for commenting!
@@MarcusBarnesGlass oh that's even more neato, I didnt think boro could handle the radiant heat of the flame. I guess the oxy is enough to cool everything though!
Is it essentially just a tube to a "y" split with barbs?
@anthonysbrocchi5776 yup that's totally right 🥂
@@MarcusBarnesGlass super cool! Thanks for sharing 🙏
I agree! Can we get a video about it? Please
Hi Marcus, can you fuse with copper?
fuming with copper is possible, but it doesn't make nice colors, and the vapor is VERY toxic, so there is a lot of risk in it for little reward
Hey thanks for watching :) just like kevin said, its not worth the time. in soft glass, copper wire can be used as a beautiful encasement technique though
