Having to look through a sea of cell phone cameras is the worst. Enjoy the moment people.
Agreed that's why some concerts you r not allowed to bring in a camera
Concert tickets: $100
Parking: $30
Beer: $10
Hot dog: $12
Nachos: $8
Commemorative t-shirt: $40
Watching your favorite band through the 2" wide screen on the back of your phone: PRICELESS!
😆
🤣🤣🤣
My top 3 problems with concerts are 1-paperless tickets, 40 bucks for the tickets, 3 for the electronic service, 15 surcharges to have the tickets emailed to you, 5.99 for the app to receive the tickets..... (ticket master) 2-cash less events. Can't pay for anything in cash anymore. 3- the wait time for the concert. I'm talking about you buying the tickets and have to wait weeks until the show.
Parking (either lack of or exorbitant prices)
Shows starting at 7 pm-now that I’m an early bird 😂
And the last is a personal annoyance-having to miss too much of the show for potty breaks -it’s always a trek to the restrooms, too. I can’t hold it like I used to. 😂🤣
Went to a music festival a few months ago. Concert cost $20, parking cost $30! The money is obviously in owning empty flat pieces of asphalt.
I save my money.I'm from Finland 🤘 I just enjoy watching YT concert videos. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
H6 & smokey your lists are so on point
People that film the entire time annoy me. I might record a minute or so of my favourite song but that's it.
One of the top 3 things I hate seeing at a concert is phones recording the whole thing. I liked this when Jack White had us all put our phones in a locked a case that we could unlock after the show. It made the experience ten hundred times better.😊🎉🎉🎉
As a woman who’s 5” I often get thumped on the top of the head by people standing behind me with their phones out filming while dancing and you know the footage is gunna be unwatchable.
Crowd surfers that don't pick their feet up enough. I'm 6" and have been kicked in the back of the head so many times
@@PeeWeeGerman1313 Imagine lifting your feet for like 2-5 minutes, you be sore af unless you have an amazing core. lol
@@DaleSmith816 You crowd surfing for that long? hahaha for me it was only like 45 seconds. Smaller shows I guess
@PeeWeeGerman1313 I seen more yes. If you in the back takes awhile. Even when I was tour with tech n9ne, I seen people that long. So, yes. 😆
@@DaleSmith816 that's fair I guess hahaha I was always a super small venue guy. The shows I always liked were never super large scale like that I guess
Been to a lot of shows, I agree with you both 💯 on these issues
Worst for me is in my area hardly anyone comes around and if they do it's on a Thursday 🤷♂
1, 2, and 3 are people who record the concert on a phone.
I don't do big concerts (except when a friend gives me a free ticket and makes me go), but I especially avoid festivals. Ugh, just ugh. Fighting through crowds, overpriced water, and especially the sun. I prefer small, local shows and indie artists. I always have an amazing time and I love to support great up and coming talent. 💜
edited to add: Your club drinks are stupid cheap! :o L.A. it's like $9+ for a shot, $13+ for mixed drinks. Just ugh.
I don't like the people who ask to get by because I'm polite and let them through and they stand literally right in front of me when I already didn't have enough space to begin with. I really don't need to be doing the bump and grind on your backside. I don't care what gender you are. Another big ones are "crowd killers" The ones who are at the edge of the pit kicking and punching people who don't necessarily want to be involved. They were just in the wrong spot when the pit opened up. You guys named my other big annoyances already
-Karl Field
This, I go to gigs on my own a 50 something woman and I can't tell you how often this happens to me.
@@LSMSusan the crowd killing or the people standing right in front of you? I go to shows by myself too.
@@PeeWeeGerman1313the standing directly infront of me so close I can hardly raise my glass to my mouth when I kindly let them through they are usually much taller than me, It's so rude and selfish
@@LSMSusan I could not agree more. It's even worse if it's a smelly dude! Or when it's someone that's way too hype with the rest of the crowd. I always get the crazies right near me. I had someone turn around, grab me by the shoulders, and scream, "ARE YOU READY FOR THRICE!" .... Like... Yeah, dude. That's why I'm here hahaha
Try getting a beer at sports event. Piss beer is over 10 bucks
Overcapacity. When I think if general admission I think of the who concert where 11 people were crushed to death due to people rushing the stage. Also anyone from new England are aware of the station night club Rhode Island fire at great white concert at a club where over 100 lost their lives. I always check where the exits are and get nervous if I can't find one when stuck in a big crowd
The Who incident occurred outside of the venue before the show started. People rushed the doors because they thought the show was starting and the doors were not open so no where for people to go. Some people crushed other knocked down and trampled to death.
I get nervous in a general admission type of situation. I do the same thing as far as checking out where the exits are.
@kimzwolinski9919 for me is more about station club fire. Owners (one of which was reporter on local news station) put in ceiling material that easily caught on fire and one of the exits were blocked
@@user-zu1kk3nt4r I remember hearing about that one. It had to be terrifying.
@kimzwolinski9919 worked with woman who lost her daughter in the 🔥. A lot of people died of inhalation because exits were blocked
Like h6 shirt
Only thing I did was go to a concert on Mother's Day! Went to see Staind, Seether, Saint Asonia and a feller named Tim Montana! It was really a great show! So many songs that I had even forgotten had been huge hits!
🤘🏼💙🤘🏼
What did Mom think of the show?
@@donjackson5522 well, I think if she hadn't passed away a year & a half ago, she may have enjoyed it
@@jangles1839 Sorry, my bad

Though it's never going to be enough, thank for the many sacrifices.
Love y'all. Land of The Free BECAUSE of The Brave!
#22NoMore
Ok
#3 the insane prices
#2 everyone waving phones around
#1 the disrespect of the tallest person at show stands in front of everyone else !
Someone who "bogarts" 😮💨
are you talking about Pantera singer?
Ah man sitting here on may 14th hoping you'd wtf mine on my birthday lol ah well
Annoying bands-
Babymetal
Sleep Token
Drake
I can name three just from seeing Sleep Token at the Roxy last week. 1) The people that talk really loudly during quiet parts of the song. 2) The venues that don't have a working AC and do nothing to remedy it. That building had to be 90F+ inside. 3) I have crowd anxiety so I stand out of everyone's way and give plenty of room to pass me but somehow they all run into me. My bonus annoyance is for sports arenas. I like hockey (Let's go Rangers!) and there's always that one guy with an air horn that somehow ends up right behind me.
Oh man the air horn in your ear!
Morning fellas! What annoyed me at seeing heilung is these chicks telling everyone to sit down that "they payed good money for their seats",which I get but the whole audience was standing feeling the music and either swaying or dancing in their spots. And I also got a few sec videos but I felt disrespectful videoing it and was so far into it enjoying it and I didn't want to! Lol. It was beautiful❤️
They need to change the name of Labor Day to ‘Man, Just Go Sit Down Day’ 😆
1. It’s not just alcoholic drinks being expensive at shows… $5 for a cup of WATER is ridiculous
2. I agree about the gropers and creepy dudes trying to hit on you when you’re trying to watch the show 😠
3. Tall people standing in front of me (and this ALWAYS happens)… like dude, you see how short I am. If you’re tall and you do that, you’re just an asshole!
4. Honorable mention to: gross bathrooms/ porta potties 🤢
About the shoe thing… I get not wearing nice shoes, but I also think it’s important to wear COMFORTABLE shoes. Walking around in uncomfortable shoes all day/ night is hell
Outdoor venues port a potties...... I agree. Indoor events in my state, no stall doors.
@@KenBober eww! 😝
@ShanLH5 yup, nothing like walking by and see a drunk guy dropping a grunt
@@KenBober I bet 😩
@@ShanLH5 they do that because Connecticut is the brown powder capital of America, to many ODs because of closed doors
Gropers are the worst.
Angry drunk people suck.
I hate if it’s a seated situation and everyone is on their feet singing and dancing and the people in front of me are sitting there like a wet blanket
Sometimes there's a reason for sitting. I went to a Pink Floyd show once, sat in the front row of the upper deck on purpose so I could see while sitting as a had a strained ACL and could not stand that long. Guy behind me saw it as a mission to be annoying and hit me in the back of the head all night.
@@donjackson5522That is definitely a valid reason to sit lol.
