On the second attempt, I made sure to burn down everything on their coastline and hunt down the remaining transports before moving the dragons inland. If you aren't careful, they will keep sending boats and gryphons to your base right to their very end.
What better metal way to end things than to bring forth squadrons of poor, tortured Alexstrasza's spawn. At least this game has an onscreen fall of the Capital City of Lordaeron. In Warcraft III, it happened offscreen between the end of the Human Alliance and Undead Scourge campaigns of Reign of Chaos. 12:15: Thus ends the short and insignificant reign of King Terenas Menethil... of this universe, at least. Now, where's his spoiled son Arthas? A true dark victory... but would it have led to a surprisingly better future with no Lich King, no Burning Legion, and no destruction of the World Tree though? (Voices at 15:27. Sure is a marked improvement over the last game's.)
So, when it says "destroy all you behold", I'm guessing it means just the enemy, and not the landscape and gold mines? Which would make no sense, anyway, I think.

I just did it and didnt make a single dragon!. They're too expensive, slow to respond and are stupid weak. I felt good doing it my own way. HATED the final mission for humans this map was actually pretty good. Still think warcraft 1 is better tho. On to dark portal i guess

At least this game, Warcraft I, StarCraft, and Diablo I and II have stable releases, while Warcraft III Deforged is still screwy as of December 2022.
