    all this talk about the ford GT 500. What was the lap time around the "ring" for the GT 500??? To bad for Ford to even post, thats where.

    i really like this a lot more than the 2013 gt500 this seems like a true track car in the same way that the boss 302 is a true track car

    I have the Rs version of this car and it looks 100% identical same color and everything. My question is does my warranty come with bail money?

    I like Al. A true car guy. Looks like he can barely fit into his own car with head room. Thankfully headroom is hugely improved in the gen 6 car.

    Not a huge fan of the ZL1 (or the new Camaro in general), but with that much power behind it, I think I'd be able to live with it. Although I'd be too tempted to powerslide and drift this thing all day, though. Glad to see you didn't try and drift this, MotoMan, since that V6 Mustang... well... you know... :P

    gt500 it has more hp but if I'm being honest who cares aslong as you love the car that's all that matters you can always upgrade or just leave it like that it's still a scary and powerful car the zl1 will always be an amazing car.

      One does not need anything more than a used Corolla or a Prius for a daily driver, but it is always good to add some spice to life provided the financials support it.

      I'll take heatsoak issues over the trans locking into a gear issues.. Heatsoak is a easy fix. Have fun adding that second resivoir 😎🤙. For the record I like both cars. Will own, the other someday

    I'm am about to trade my 2013 zl1 that I had for 2 months for c6 Z06. just not that impressed with my car. I'm comparing this to an 01 ZO6 that I had and the 2010 2ss that I test drove that Had only bolt ons done to it..
    These are the things that I don't like about the car: The blind spots a little bit but not all that much I kind of got used to it.
    Driving: It is fast but you have to really get on the pedal to get it moving.... I would like it to be more responsive at a low RPM! between 2.5k 3k and 4k it is still asleep.
    :The radio turns on by itself.
    : somehow my link stored voice recordings off of my cell phone onto the car. and now a plays the recordings on its own. another words if you have FM radio on after a while this will turn on by itself. and my voice recordings will start to play . Or if you shut the radio off it comes on automatically and will play. can't stand this!!! also also I noticed the radio will stay on after you take your keys out of the car close the door and lock it. smh!!
    : The Back-up Camera is garbage poor camera quality especially at night time, It Has no highlighted lines either.
    This is partially my fault the "GPS": I assume the car had GPS because of a big screen in the dashboard. it's 2013 I never would have thought about checking to see if the car had GPS at the dealership, this should be a standard on that car.
    : No lights on the visor mirrors, this bothers me a little.
    : the side mirror controller does not illuminate. this bothers me because when I back up into my driveway at night.. I have to turn the interior lights on and find the switch to adjust the mirrors so I can see avoiding the curbs. If I had a good backup camera like on my previous cars I wouldn't have to do this. and my hart was set on the ZO6 beforehand I just didn't want to spend the extra money!!!! "Shoulda Coulda Woulda"

      so I did! I traded in the ZL1 and I got 2007 blue ZO6 with 19,000 miles. the interior has no "personality" but the car is so much fun!

      Some people are hard to please. I love my 2015. Backup camera is fine. Power is good after headers intake and tune. My radio doesn't do any of that (my guess is I'm much younger and acllimated to technology). I think the struggle of getting to the point of buying such a car helps appreciate it more. I'd recommend a ct5-v if money isn't a thing.
