Kundalini can be likened to a large river: If one’s motives are right, Kundalini is drawn up safely through the inner spine, just as a river follows its natural channel. I woke up at 333am I came down and did this one because I did not do it today. Immediately I feel it come out and go up and down my back like a wave that moves really slow. My awakening was extremely intense. I really think I been awake my entire life and never knew it.
If u we're awake your entire life, then you wouldn't have felt the Vibrations go up and down your spine, it only happens once!

I've heard everything from " I just woke up crying one day," to..... "I just felt this unexplainable amount of bliss, and then later that night I was extremely nervous," I've heard it all. I see a pattern; I can tell when someone is lying, I'm an empath and it's like second nature!

I am just now getting into vibration frequencies and Manifestation over the course of 6 months and I believe it’s starting to work positive in my life! Now I was very abused as a child since birth and well into my early 20s by ex relationships! I am now 33 years old and I am just now trying to turn my whole world around ! I work so so so unbelievably hard not just physically but mentally and emotionally and spiritually! I read some of the comments before I listened to this. Chuckled at the good for you and Pink Floyd, but now totally get it! It felt like the vibration was mostly in a straight line, but sometimes in an arc. Also, I loved the absolute, still silence. I look forward to listening again tomorrow. I need to do more research on the science and spiritual findings on this.

For me personally my body started pulsating. I could feel my veins ebbing. That's neat!
First, some parts kept tingling and I felt the energy (did the Kundalini Mantra on a Rudraksha Mala while listening to this) flowing through my body, with almost every Rudraksha it got stronger. After some time, my body felt like it was on fire, partially, and I could move the energy and my consciousness far more easily. And then, I saw a beautiful owl (I keep seeing and dreaming about owls pretty often lately) and after that, came a Jaguar that looked at me very often. The owl then started turning magenta(?)/almost violet((?)some color in that direction) and the color of the feline changed as well (from yellow to whitish-silver and so on), hearing the roar of a Jaguar quite loudly inside my head.
I still feel my Third Eye burning as well as the top of my head, though by far not as strong as the Third eye, as well as some other areas. I will definitely keep doing the Kundalini mantra with this video, rarely had such an intense experience like this one. It's quite sad that some negative entity got in-between after some time, but the good things are more important.

I will be honest I put the headphones on thinking I would not experience anything.. but here goes.
My right side was so ticklish... My left side was more like a deep wave of subtle energy.. even now as I'm typing it's still pulsing slow and steady. My right side is almost dancing.. still lying down? Is this normal?
What was distracting was I could hear people walking or checking knobs and things.. maybe drinking? I don't know...
Eyes were closed I don't think I saw "light" but whenever the sound shifted I could see a long table three chairs a mandela on the wall flat loafers with a small heel. Not sure why those images. There was a smell.. but maybe that's me Plano Santo 😏

I have read most comments and it seems it is supposed to go up from down but in my case the energy seems to be flowing up to down.... Through each chakra... As soon as it reaches one... It stays and circles there for a while causing a burning sensation as if dusting away the energetic rust if that makes sense.... I could especially feel it in my 3rd eye... Heart chakra... Midway between my chest and gut and also in my gut (very powerful there) as if the energy kept circling in that area... Even the colors.... It was first in shades of blue then green then eventually red and finally it just turned white with flaming auras and everytime i open my eyes... It feels like my aura is burning .. in white color.... And i feel as if its too much energy and i am not yet ready to wield it.
