What is Kunalini?

I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening and through my intense desire to inner-stand what I was experiencing it was caused by an emotional break down. I was suffering, yet I needed to know the Truth of my presence on this earth.
Prior to the awakening I never meditated a day in my life, but I’ve always been an empath. My spirit has been leading the way so I don’t feel the need to try to move the energy against its will. Let it do what it does without resistance. The ego will convince you to do things to push it faster and if you do you will experience a psychosis which can make you feel like you are going crazy. Be the observer of your thoughts and keep an open heart. It’s all about balance.

Listened to this while laying down in the afternoon. Felt sleepy so paused it at 1 hr or so. Had intense vibrations and couldnt have sound sleep it was as if astral body was ready to detach, but then learnt that my fears aren't gone yet so stayed with vibrations for a long time. It was like my head was buzzing and I was shouting but none happened physically I was like lucid dreaming, regressing my past lives all happening at once and i couldn't wrap around what I experienced.

energy is too strong, i got control over my Mind, over My memories from My Childhood what i didnt could remember. This makes my head tingle and when i close my eyes and meditate deeply i can see this dark (reality) shrouding my awareness until i chant i am godly awareness incarnate here to turn suffering into strength. Then the starry night sky appears from the dissipating shadowy figure darkness and my awareness flashes to different realities. Only lasts as long as i can maintain my focus which isnt long cause of adhd stuff but nevertheless trial and error means progress. 🎉 Good luck out there! Life is suffering, suffer well.

I am on the verge of self loathing and deep melancholy where everything seems to be blue, it feels like there is something deep that creeps me in. Upon listening to this, I felt the pain and voices it out like a far cry, I trembled violently my body is shaking tremendously feeling the pain within, then suddenly there is that part where a force is built up on the bottom of my spine running violently upward as I trembling and goes up to my head and feels a sudden break free of light like a newly born. I don't know how am I going to explain this, but suddenly I felt peaceful and focused within, the pain in my neck also gone. What a powerful audio. This is powerful.
