Called by various names - “the Inner Goddess”, “the Inner Woman”, the “Serpent Power”, “Shakti”, “Shekhinah”, etc. - and present in many esoteric traditions, Kundalini refers to an energy that is coiled at the base of the spine, where it’s been since birth.
In most of us, this energy lies dormant.
When it is awakened, the Kundalini energy flows within us, taking the wavy shape of a serpent. This energy flow rises successively and flows through each of our chakras, giving each of them a “boost” as they are activated. The result is an expanded state of consciousness. This flow of energy expands our mystical spiritual experiences, transforming us along the way. The more this energy gets to rise and our chakras are activated, the more we merge with the Universe and cosmic consciousness.
The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “Divine” frequency is said to be a holy frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. This reaction results in a divine level of meditation. A state of trance that is said to allow connection with the universe, or a spiritual guide.
The natural frequency of 432Hz, is the frequency everything in our Universe resonates with. It is said that 8Hz is the “heartbeat” of our planet Earth. If we take 8Hz as our starting point and work upwards by five octaves, we reach a frequency of 256Hz for the note C in whose scale the note A has a frequency of 432Hz - in opposite to the so called “standard tuning” of 440Hz which is commonly used.

I am convinced that, composing music in its original frequency, will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of these particular frequencies.

I've been "connected" since I was a young girl, but within the past several months I went through an indescribable Kundalini awakening, all while juggling a lot of other turmoil in my life and people actively working against me. What a challenge it was, but now that I've come out on the other end, the clarity, energy and power to channel Divine Power is astounding. Anyone going through it, just hang on...find support where you can and don't ever let anyone tell you that you are crazy, that's what's wrong with this planet...if ever we were to truly have a mass awakening where is the support for all of those who would be blessed with one...they'd only be locked up in a psych ward. This planet is set up to reject the true path to Ascension and it's absolutely terrifying. God bless to all of those who Triumphed in their purification process and Kundalini rising. ⚡⚡⚡🙏⚘⚘⚘♾
@wadeHi, I'm sorry you are having such a bad experience ongoing. Trust me, my whole life was upheaved by my last awakening, but it was mostly due to the fact that I had no support system in place. And the energy ramped up so suddenly, it really knocked me off center. I've learned that you really have to work on controlling & navigating the energy, both what you allow in and where you let it take you. That's my best advice, not to fight it, but to grasp it, take the bull by the horns. I've also found it's not just a mental, but also physical challenge- meaning move your body & get outdoors as much as possible. Listen to uplifting music and look for inspiration, let as much "light" in as possible. Do something to help that will aid you to feel as if you are worthy, useful and contributing during this time- volunteer or do what I'm doing now- look to be a support to others who are going through it. We are so oppressed from 'truth' on this planet, that many believe they are actually having a psychotic break, not aware what they are truly experiencing. You've lived it, who better to help. And call upon the Universe to send your Angels & Guides to protect you.
I didn't receive ANY Universal Guidance during the process, my Angels actually pulled back. I felt as if I were being thrown to the wolves. To have discovered that, that they 'abandoned' me after the fact was frightening, because I've had that 'connection' the majority of my life, almost a dependency. But, I've come to realize it was all in order to help me evolve my own gifts and intuition. I know how daunting this all can be, oh believe me. And you are right, it is forceful, especially when spontaneous. I wasn't doing yoga or even "trying" to awaken this energy. BUT, if you do the work- invest- you will put the energy to good use & that all starts by recognizing you were actually blessed that it came to you. The Universe chose you to receive it. You are truly a Divine Servant on the ground, not just in preparation for Ascension, but have potential to make this world a better place. Yes, YOU. ❤ And please don't kill yourself. You're valued and needed. ♾⚡⚡⚡⚘⚘⚘
@wade God bless you. As I kind of stated before, better to master the energy, than to "fight" it. I can understand how that wrecked you, it's no joke. Sending you love & best wishes to conquer all the craziness that can come along. Truly ❤. It can be very dangerous & nightmarish when it comes during an inopportune environment, and that's going to happen, because hard times, isolation can actually trigger it. What this world needs is a greater awareness of this phenomenon and to have supports readily in place for those that have no support system in place, starting with being able to actually identify it versus a nervous breakdown or psychosis.

@wade One of the greatest parts of Kundalini/Tummo/Ascension is the purification process, I would liken it to full disclosure & purgatory while still in the living in the "human" experience, with that comes the digesting of and reckoning with the "shadow self"- which is part of us all. Personally, I found cooperating with this process, not fighting it, really opens and balances the chakras, hence the glands of the body and allows the energy to flow. It's a mental, emotional and physical release...removing blockages and those blockages can cause physical pain with the amount of energy that comes with Kundalini.
May I suggest you begin the process bycoming from a place of gratitude, for all that you do have and for all that is good, and then start to do the shadow work. Carl Jung's teachings are a great place to start and you can find many videos regarding this element on CZcams. I wish you the very best in learning how to maneuver & control the energy. Because, in reality you ARE in control. You have Freewill. The Universe, God isn't keeping you in this state, you are. ❤

This may sound weird but i had a dream i think about a month ago and that woman in the video was in it. And we were both hovering over a golden tapestry that extended through the room we were in and she was like drawing a symbol which I’ve been trying to recreate but cant sadly. Ya, I know who she is ! She is actually YOU as a woman. These tones tap the brain to wake up. In this case we are being tapped to wake up the woman we are meant to be. We are waking up Our feminity. Our source of life. Our intuitiveness and intuition. These are things God has planted in woman to be "graceful" . Man has stolen so much from us as woman. We react because it's how to survive. Here, we are being given permission to connect with this woman within. Allowing her (our self) to express who she (you) really are so we can continue in such a delicate growth bringing beauty to life.
This is my first time listening to it. Even with being mentally active on something, it's still having an affect on me. Example: I'm starting to shiver because I'm feeling anxious. Nervous. I was able to connect with myself with in and asked why am I feeling this way. The graceful woman within (my inner silent woman part) said ; " Because your scared to let yourself free. It means being vulnerable, and it frightens you".
This is just my own personal experience. I'm sure everyone will have their own.

Perhaps the tapestry she was showing you was the tapestry of life that connects us all. Information, vitality. Thank-you Pierre, this is beautiful and I think the world really needs divine feminine energy to balance out the overabundance of masculine energy. We all need to tune into compassion, intuition and love. The divine femine for me has great powers to activate through her, ie is intrinsically linked to masculine energy but somehow it feels like we have been so out of kilter that there must be a time to honor the feminine exclusively. I listen to your work daily since I discovered it, as changing and keeping a high vibration feels essential and I don't want to fight any shadows, I just want to stay in rhe light. My teacher said, be like the sun, only see the bright side of the moon. Don't even see the darkness. It's do easy, especially times of darkness to be drawn into it but we don't ever have to go there.
