Called by various names - “the Inner Goddess”, “the Inner Woman”, the “Serpent Power”, “Shakti”, “Shekhinah”, etc. - and present in many esoteric traditions, Kundalini refers to an energy that is coiled at the base of the spine, where it’s been since birth.
In most of us, this energy lies dormant.
When it is awakened, the Kundalini energy flows within us, taking the wavy shape of a serpent. This energy flow rises successively and flows through each of our chakras, giving each of them a “boost” as they are activated. The result is an expanded state of consciousness. This flow of energy expands our mystical spiritual experiences, transforming us along the way. The more this energy gets to rise and our chakras are activated, the more we merge with the Universe and cosmic consciousness.
The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “Divine” frequency is said to be a holy frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. This reaction results in a divine level of meditation. A state of trance that is said to allow connection with the universe, or a spiritual guide.
For this meditation and/or practice music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 111 Hz and 432 Hz. Therefore, the meditation music in this video is an original 111 Hz & 432 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to these frequencies after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of these particular frequencies.
Feel free to listen to this music with headphones at a moderate level or - if you prefer - just let it flow through open space. As long as it is positive for your body and soul, it will be positive for you.

@@innerlotusmusic thank you for responding!! i am avoiding solfeggio frequencies as they cause much disruption to my being, so just wanted to double check that there weren’t any in this video despite not being in the description (as a lottt of channels do).
since you have videos with solfeggio (as you linked) can i follow up and ask that the frequencies listed in the descriptions of your videos are genuinely the *only* ones used in said videos??
