Pretty cool mod honestly. The second and third crash could be a few different issues. The first crash on the train was just from the key card for the breaks. You can sequence break by using the key card ahead of time on your alt character, before you head up to the front of the train. Also saves a little bit on the back tracking. After putting in the second code for the breaks, the sequence will run it's normal course.
