My personal opinion is when you use Bisquick to fry it soak up to much oil doesn't work as well as making it from scratch the recipe is easy made from scratch I didn't care for the Bisquick at all. Your video is good keep up the great work.

Hi I would just like to say thank you for your video. I have a food truck and I am making funnel cakes for the first time in my life in a couple days for an event and I cannot get the commercial funnel cake dry mixes fast enough shipping to me so I am using your recipe with a pancake mix instead thanks! There is always a way around something.
