When I was about 18 years old, I was driving my motorcycle to work for the midnight shift, and a bug hit me in the eye. I wasn't wearing eye protection. It was the most painful, sleepless night I ever spent. The next morning I went to the eye doctor and I passed out from the pain.
I was riding my bike the other day home from work (and I mean bicycle 8 miles)... my cigarette (I know i shouldn't but I do smoke) part of the cherry flew into my eye the first 1/2 mile of my bike ride and my contact lens melted into my eye in a peice. Luckily it flushed itself out and just felt weird after an hour and my contact still came out. Half way through the ride though a bug ended up flying in my eye. Then I told my coworker the story 2 days later and on his break immediately after I told the story a bug flew into his eyes as he lit a cigarette right after walking outside... bugs.

3 wheelers are a blast. Had the exact same Yamaha 200 growing up. We would set up ramps and had contests to see who could jump the farthest. Hard to handle driving on the side of a hill, easy to roll over. Lots of fun but not the safest to control. As Andrew said, it’s what makes them fun. Then I moved up to the first 4x4 quad Honda ever made..TRX350 4x4 quad..full time 4wheel drive ,hard as hell to turn but even harder to get stuck ! My friend had one before he joined the Army. Fifteen years later he got discharged and pulled it out from under his parents house where it was stored. It started on the first pull! These units were reliable to the point of being beyond belief.
Growing up my dad had a pair of Honda 110 ATCs. I loved cruising around with him and having fun in the sand. To this day every time I see a Honda ATC it brings me back.
Same lol Weirdly I think the sporadic uploads help the channel. We sit around craving a fix and sometimes we get a seven minute video, then sometimes we get an hour and fifty minute video. And then sometimes there uploaded on the same day lol.
3 wheelers are just like any vehicle Automobiles included. Look how many people die in car crashes. Some machines are not meant for everyone to operate. We’re not all brain surgeons , or nuclear physicists , but we don’t ban those occupations do we. Enjoyed the content 👍
Three Wheeler's are awesome. I used to have a Honda 200S, and a 350X. The 350X was an incredibly fast machine with awesome suspension. I understand the bad reputation, as most people didn't understand the techniques for handling a three wheeler. Keeps up the fun times!

I thought it was a mint Honda. Then I realized he will soon be hitting it with a hammer and some duct tape and saying “good as new”. Awesome place you have. It shows that good old fashioned hard work can pay off, something a lot of people need to learn these days.
I grew up on three wheelers, had a 1985 honda 250 es big red, one of coolest machines for a utility ATC I had back in the 80's. Lots of people neglected the three wheeler, or just didn't use common since or wasn't taught about how to ride them. They have a different feeling about them compared to four wheelers. When I went riding, i learned quick to lean into corners when at higher speeds, and use your better judgment about the terrain your in. To bad lots of places don't allow them anymore.
Oh man did you bring back some memories with this video. We rode the wheels off those things back in the day. I had a 90 then a 110 after that came a 125M and my last one was a 200X ... wish that I still had it. Seems like that was forever ago yet in another way only yesterday 😭

We had 4 wheelers and dirt bikes growing up but my mom said 3 wheelers were to dangerous....I really feel I missed out on these beauty's.....but on cold mornings I can feel the pins in my leg still so mabey it was for the best...the 250 two stroke is wild....what a classic
Andrew, I would think these 3-wheelers are the same as most machines: *they* aren't dangerous; it's the folks riding them. 😁 Looks like a whole lot of fun to me and, between your place and your mates', you have some great trails to work with.
I was born in 83’ but I think the 250sx was the most expensive model of 85’ with electric start and reverse. I grew up riding one, they’re great. Tons of low end power and mine would do 60mph in 5th great down hill. Can’t beat the reliability.
In 1983 I bought a Honda 110 three wheeler and put a rack on the back of it to haul feed sacks to the cattle. It was small enough to scoot thru the trees in the woods and loads of fun as long as you understood how to 'steer' it with your rear end...lol.

I mean there's horror stories about any machine. 3 wheelers got a bad rep for no real reason unfortunately it had to be the escape goat. More people have died form dirt bikes and ATVs in reality.
That shot of you flying through the woods looked like that scene in Star Wars... FLYING through those woods.... Yeah, 3 wheelers in my state got banned... Dealers wouldn't touch them... So, really, it was only guys like you, with shops & skills, who could keep them running.... They were fun... Be careful out there... Lotta broken necks & messed up people on those...
Levi is enjoying semi retirement. Can be seen in videos of the recent castle work. He is still the inspection boss but when it comes to running around like a kid he leaves that for the new pup :) Rumor is he has a vacation spot nearby, possible with Andrew's parents.
When I think of the 80s it takes me back to my childhood in northwestern Pa riding trikes through the forest and in the Allegheny River. Thanks Andrew!
I have the TRX250R..the 4 wheel version of that 2 stroke you rode. I bought it when I was 16 and I still have it at 41. That is how fun it is. Ill never sell it. I have had tons of quads, dirt bikes and sportbikes...that one never gets sold.
Dave C. I agree. I had one and a banshee at the same time. The banshee would get it in a straight line but other than that the 250r was the best overall fourwheeler imo ever made. I grew up on moto 4s then had a blaster, then the 250 and banshee. Used to run castor oil in them, man the memories. Grew up right across the river from Andrew and thats some great riding up there.

I owned one of those 86 250sx and multiple 85/86 250r’s. Look for a 350x and you’ll be in heaven. Great power out of an early 4 stroke along with great suspension like the 250r has. Best time of my life was riding red three wheelers.
I miss my 250cc Big Red ATC 86' Honda, was a blast riding for years. Mud bogin is the best for them and such... pulled so many brand new machines out in the muck... the look on their faces half the time ha. Looks like shes running decently. Are you going to be looking into custom "flip bar" in the back and bigger mudflaps? I had to weld one myself to the rear frame...that and a tool pouch aswell is handy.

It's a classic. I was a 185s no suspension kid and I broke everything from hubs to tires on mine jumping and stuff,good times.
