Scorsese's love for The Stones is apparent. He also knows there's something very culturally important about them (maybe Freedom, which this vid ends with). It's like you're watching everything through his eyes, nervously darting back and forth--the camera looks where he'd look. He's on screen without being on screen. Hard to put into words, but he understands the intimate interplay of The Stones which makes them separate individuals, but one iconic thing--and he's in awe of it. Great movie.
and RON WOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT YOU DON?T SAY !!!!!!! its also a great member of the Rolling Stones
I like the stones because they show respect to the musicians that inspired them. And they refused to play in segregated venues, they work with black musicians. I can’t imagine the Beatles or Led Zeppelin having a non white musician on stage performing with them.
Keith is awful. Everyone else kept up their chops, except Keith . He used to be the most interesting thing musically at their height, his playing was brilliant.

Billy Preston played on the Let It Be album and performed live with the Beatles on the rooftop concert. Boom.
'What you can or cannot imagine Beatles & Zeppelin' doing is relevant to nothing !! 🤣
@@petermills542 Maybe, but at least one person, you think it’s relevant enough to respond
If you did your research, you'd realise the Beatles were pioneers for not playing to segregated audiences
Beatles were playing with Billy Preston, and denied to play concert in southern usa state, when heard about segregated auditory.
للاسف الفلم غير كامل

Could not watch more then 10 minutes Camera work made me dizzy
yes pretty amateur directing hehh :)
pretty disgusting to play Brown Sugar and celebrate slavery with the audience singing along - thought they stopped playing it years ago.
Your aware this documentary is from years ago right?
open up your eyes dude
You are aware it is an anti-slavery song.... Wokeism is insane....
Lord save the rest of us from the idiocy and ignorance of woke university graduate sheep like this person.
It neither celebrates it nor condemn it. It’s ABOUT slavery, and rape of the slaves, as well as a double entrendre for the heroin trade.
