Oh my goodness... I have a crazy testimony I have to share. First of all, this is over a YEAR late, but THANK YOU for doing an episode from my question (no I AM NOT AI!!! 😂). Secondly: This morning, I felt led to pray for God to help me and my husband hear his voice more CLEARLY than ever - as we have been walking through a season of MANY ambiguities + uncertainties, while at the same time continually deepening our anchors in God and who we truly are in him... I asked God this morning to not only help us hear him, but to KNOW we are hearing him, because truly all we want is to produce TRUE fruit, which we know only comes out of an overflow from abiding in him... Lo and behold, as I was cooking lunch, I decided to randomly pick an episode to watch (from my VERY LONG queue of "watch laters" 😂), and this title stood out to me for some reason. When I heard "this question is from Grace and Alex," I almost jumped out of my skin!! 😂😂😂 I literally got goosebumps and ran over to my husband in amazement. But it doesn't stop there... We watched the episode together and were in TOTAL AWE at how even MORE RELEVANT this episode/word is for us today, in our current + specific season (I'm just under 5 MONTHS PREGNANT, just like the example John shared!! 😮). And to think this episode came out MORE THAN A YEAR AGO (WAY before we got pregnant and experienced many changes since we first asked the question!)... and we just came across it now. And being expecting parents with generational legacy even MORE on our hearts and minds, it's even more relevant to us now. I truly felt like it was God specifically speaking to us through your beautiful, wisdom-filled conversation 😭 Oh man... I just had to share... I was thanking God the whole time (I still am) because he is just too good. He truly hears our prayers and is with us. Thank you Bevere family for all you are and do. You truly have no idea how much you are all blessing us (and our future generations to come) not just through your wisdom and experiences, but also your dynamics and relationships that speak VOLUMES more than words ever could. My husband and I did not grow up in Christ-centered families, but as we excitedly prepare and wait for our first baby to arrive later this year (and hopefully more after!), we pray that God would use our lives to build a similar legacy of FAITH, holy fear of him, and an authentic intimacy and abiding in him for our generations to come!! ❤️

Question for future episode: Material possessions and money. 💰 As a family wanting to serve God with everything - how do we navigate finances? 💸Any practical suggestions on how to use material possessions to further the kingdom of God? If our hearts are to be burdened by what burdens the Lord, is it wrong or maybe not as productive to invest in a family vacation, say, vs using that money to support missionaries or doing something that will directly influence the spread of the gospel? I've heard pastors say that we should not live in abundance when there are so many people out there that have never heard the good news of Jesus Christ. I've just been doing an inventory on our finances and how we are choosing to spend the money God has graciously provided for us and would appreciate any wisdom shared regarding this topic! 🤑
