    Here's a little bit about us:
    Aloha! We are Chloe and Trey! On July 4, 2023, we decided to take a leap of faith and leave our jobs and life in Hawaii for a year of adventure around the world. So far, we have visited Mexico, Bali Indonesia, and now are in our third country, South Korea 🇰🇷! We're shooting for a small budget of $128/day (for both of us) but if the adventure is just right, we will treat ourselves to something really special!

    Ive taken the same boat but i went from Busan to Fukuoka. There is an outside deck for standard class on the back of the boat and its accessible for the entire trip. I spent alot of time there and the fresh air really helps. When we were departing Korea a bunch of people met on the back deck and had champagne and cigars and we had a small party to toast farewell to Korea. Amazing trip.

    See, that's one thing definitely different from European ferries is that you don't have to pay any extra or buy a business class ticket just to access the fresh air and the outside of the vessel.
    That puts me off using a Japanese ferry right away.

    Chillin in business class 👍🏼

    I think that aboard a ferry i would rather be outside breathing in the fresh air and being able to see what is going on, rather than be trapped inside eating unnecessary food.

    Thanks 4 the nice video☺So you would recommend the business class? But have you been the only one there? Looks pretty empty in business class 😅

    • @chloeandtrey
      @chloeandtrey  Před 3 měsíci

      Yes we recommend business class! It's about $20 usd more than standard and less people, at least the day we chartered the boat. 🫶

    What was the experience like booking the ferry? Would you recommend visitng Busan during an 18 day trip to Japan?

    • @chloeandtrey
      @chloeandtrey  Před 4 měsíci

      Booking the ferry is super easy, you can do it online. Booking just needs to be done ahead of time or else you run the risk of not being able to get seats, especially during busy travel seasons.
      You can read our detailed guide about riding the ferry here, it includes how to purchase ferry tickets and what to expect when riding the ferry: thefroggyadventures.com/fukuoka-to-busan-ferry/
      We enjoyed our time in Busan :) you can watch our video here: czcams.com/video/O8oPjJyCxqA/video.html
