@grace123429 Hey. Thats a shame you've not had much luck.. I've had this machine for over a year and it has been amazing. I had a new LG just before I bough this. It looked better than it was so I sold it on. Theres nothing worse when you get something new and an ongoing fault puts you off it. I hope you are happy with your new one.

@sparkymart09 This one is a Hotpoint. I have had it for over a year now and definitely would recommend it.

@thekylejohn1 I havent yet heard an unbalanced load. I think I'd have to overload it but not wanting to do that.
