As a local Bangalorean, let me tell you this is a steal for 16k. And that too in Jayanagar. South Bangalore has a charm that cant be put in words, one has to live and experience it.
Absolutely. Jayanagar is what I remember whenever I think of the quintessential Bangalore.
Good episode. She’s living on her own terms. Nice positive personality.
Loved this episode.... Natasha is a great conversationalist. She's a great model , especially for girls , who aspire to live life on their terms.
Great to see old bengaluru ... devoid of crowd and pollution !!!
I want to be her friend! She seems so warm and genuine
She already had so many friends 😂
She is my aunt. She has an Instagram plated thoughts
Well spoken lady
Good episode
she is an experienced content writer
I love this woman. We need more such role models in India :)
So happy for u, Natasha. Youve done yourself and your family proud... Stay blessed, ❤
Finally exploring the real non-IT part of Bengaluru! These areas like Jayanagar, Rajajinagar and Malleshwaram are the best places, where there are no such water issues
Finally, a budget option on this show. Been such a long time.
Locality seems great & and the episode's well made, too.
I just love this show...Vishal is Doing great work..😊
Thank you
Wow! so well spoken, delightful, and charming and not-so-fucked-up clear-headed lady.Conversation between both Vishal and her's was so soothing and to the point.
Last time when Vishal was in Bengaluru he just showed only tech neighborhoods and missed the heart with places like Jayanagar, Malleshwaram, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Rajajinagar etc. Good that he has some of these areas on his bucket list this time. As always great to see him and his audience.
Was it imp to mention "middle aged"?
Vishal and MC team, welcome to Namma Jayanagara!!. Finally, you folks chose to come out of HSR, Whitefield, Indiranagar and Marathalli. This part of Bengaluru and Western Bengaluru are the real Namma Bengaluru!.
Always interesting to see tenants from different walks of life
Vishal finally got specific info that applies to Blore -- location, deposit, rent, water issues, local culture n challenges . Gives a better understanding to people looking to rent in Blore . Add questions abt accessibility to Airport, Railway station, Metro & Buses , Water logging, Electricity outages n such
The city & location shld be researched prior to the visit so that the right questions can be asked to make the reports meaningful.
Just a visit to a house & looking at rooms would only interest interior designers & maybe architects
Very Good Episode nice locality just loved the conversation between the two really a great show to know more about people and their thinking absolutely great. Keep it up
Ah my old area. Love jayanagar 😍
Very sorted and well spoken lady. 👍
The background music is irritating and couldn't hear them completely
Interesting tenant, great work Vishal
Excellent! So proud of you, Natasha!
16K is just a fraction of what anyone would pay for a 400 square feet flat in suburban Mumbai, say Powai or Andheri, where it can go up to 60K in some buildings. Very articulate and head-on-shoulders tenant, enjoyed watching.
MC needs to explore more of Jayanagar, Banashankari, JP Nagar and Basavanagudi which have their own charm.
Very cozy living. Love it. Keep it up Natasha
Natasha. So good to see you . Living your life and loving it. I know the feeling. Simply tops. Life is good.
Great lady living a life 👍👍👍
The person interviewing should keep his questions as in the title. He is no different that pokey neighbour
Lucky to be born in jayanagar And spending my 57 years here!!
Well spoken lady
What would be the cost of buying a similar apartment in jaynagar ( full payment in white money) ?
Just curious as to why jaynagar doesn’t have water shortage? I am looking into investing in house there.
@4:29 Vishal yaha fass gye Boss
I would like to know from her how easy/difficult was it shifting to India from the US.
Lovely talk really enjoyed n got lot of information
This host have seen in most videos keep asking about personal question Eg: when is she getting married... your show is about properties not people personal lives..
Yea that's a little bit irritating
by Mumbai standards it is still big. 😅
The main point this lady has not commented is in Bangalore they collect Ten months rent in advance.
44 year old living single and earning good 👍👍👍
Even have been made any episode of migrant labourers from up and Bihar those living 4 to 5 person in 10x8 room in metro cities.
Jaynagar is a well planned space with lots of green areas along the main roads. Unfortunately, people just will not let it be. They've even started encroaching these spaces and built temples. And nobody can raise any objections because of religious concerms.
Where’s the bathroom yar
You should remove your shoes when entering someone's house :/ pls follow it next time
Irritating abd mismatch music
16000 for 1 BHK tooooooo costly 😱
What's her salary like?? 1,20,000??
Probably not more than 80k.
Does it matter?
She sleeps without a bed on mattress like me. But how does wearing sandal inside home with that setup 😖😵💫
The sandals are probably because she was told she needs to walk out to show the neighbourhood during the show.
Lets talk bt the host always wearing shoes inside someones house
@@saldanhajake it was pointed out recently and he's begun taking shoes off now
@@cbhat5 it was pointed way before as well.He still had his shoes on in this episode too.
How much is she making per month?
Too personal man
Middle aged? Bruh, why u did that to her 😂
She's obviously smart enough not to take offense and acknowledged the categorization as accurate :)
Very VFM apartment, in fact she really got a winner here
Girl also seems cool.
Nice episode.
Vishal you are welcome to my 1bhk home in Bangalore.
God bless the chic living in such a hole literally.. not easy.. and yet keeps her sanity in tact I guess… educated dabbang single wise woman ..
Excellent! So proud of you, Natasha!
