So here is a montage of footage gathered from our camping to trip to Piel Island in Cumbria. We had the entire Island to ourselves for the night in the most beautiful weather.
@@anthonyboyd4016 I read that you can walk across when the tide is fully out. Other than that it's a short boat ride. I highly doubt you'd be able to drive across, even when the tide is out. You'd probably get stuck within seconds of setting off!
@@mcpiel6865 Go and see it for yourself! I've been reading up on the place. Once you get to Barrow-in-Furness it's pretty easy to get over to the Island.
Beautiful!
It sure was! Thankyou for watching 🙂
he is and his gf aint bad too. congrats
Nice video guys. How much was your camping permit from the pub landlord? I'm planning to visit there with my wife in the spring.
Thank you! I think it was about £5 per tent. Have a great time when you visit 😁
@@TipsyMud Thanks very much for your message and info. Yes, we're really looking forward to a few nights under canvas on the island.
Can you drive over or travel by foot
