would have been nice to see the examples stood up for the camera..for a comparison and to give each example a good view.
Good news - we have a new tutorial series coming out very soon and we've taken all of this kind of critique into account! There is an overhead camera so you can see exactly what is happening :) (And there will be more videos on the waxes!!)
I LOVE that Azure! Very, very pretty. Films well too. I like paints that pop like that.

Can you add a second coat of wax if you desire a darker finish with the aging? I was worried it was getting to dark, but because I was so careful it turned out too light.

How do you clean your brush after wax?
We recommend using our Odourless Solvent to break down the wax and Brush soap to clean.
Can I use Fusion Tough Coat over Ageing Wax?
I bought wax it came in a jar so hard you would think it was a candle just missing the wick and totally useless!
This would help if you stood them up so we can actually see them.

Is the metallic wax like gilding wax? Can it be used for an opaque finish on hardware
No it is not, use our metallic paint instead- it will dry instantly and is just like a
gilding "wax" which typically isn't wax at all but an acrylic paint.

Also, could you do the stain and finishing oil in the natural over the top of the metallic wax?
Nothing can go over wax unfortunately.
so.. If I am painting a piece with your casement paint. and I want some parts looking older (in the grooves) do I do a coat of clear tough coat and then the wax??
You only need to add the wax you desire, not tough coat as well.
If wanting to use top coat do I use first then antique wax ?
Wax is always last :)

Yes over top of it :)

so can I rub this on a grainy wood and it will stay in the grains? like a ceruse? Sorry I'm new to this
No need to apologize! It certainly will stay in the grooves, as the wax tends to collect in the recessed areas on the surface.
Can I seal the wax with acrylic sealer, varnish?
The wax doesn't need to be sealed - it is a sealant itself. There isn't much that actually adheres to wax, except more wax, so you aren't able to put a top coat over the wax.
Fusion Mineral Paint so will the wax rub off when the piece is cleaned?
@@flutterbydragonfly If the wax is applied improperly or you scrub it a lot it can wear down over time.
