You need ( 9 ) things ( IN SEQUENTIAL ORDER ) to catch it.
1: A huge/mega hook
2: You HAVE to catch the Abyssal fish
3: You HAVE to catch the Phase "a type of fish"
4: 5,000,000 Dollars for the Tech boat
5: A flick rod attachment to get down to the Buffalo fish cave
6:Bombs to scare the Buffalo fish into breaking walls
7: The Dig hat in the cave
8: A worm, from the dig hat at shore
9: A rocket to reach the fish at the edge of the map
That's all. It fights about as hard as the cave shark, so its a hell of a challenge

@@MrRyba-fv2sy I didn't, but I know how to find it. You have to scare this buffalo fish with the bomb to destroy some stone walls near buffalofish spawn. The hat should be somewhere deeper in caves. I destroyed only 1 wall yesterday, you have to destroy more, but it works.
Today im sure I will find it, because I know where to look for it
