Download guide

3. Replace the data.win file in the game folder with the downloaded file and rename it to data.win
It is recommended to put the original data.win in the "backup" folder that you need to create.
If you haven't played any mod yet, I recommend creating a "backup" folder in folder with your saves.
(Path: C:\Users \"YOUR USER"\AppData\Local\Cat_Goes_Fishing)
For each mod, you will need to use a backup of your save from an unmodified game.
Otherwise, some fish will already be in the catalog.

I'm surprised that they started making mods for this game only now, Cat Goes Fishing has been around for 8 years
The community got together around 2022, before then noone even thought of modding, and only now with tools like UMT modding has been able to happen.
THE DARKEN IS A LITERAL LEVIATHAN
For fishes like Darken I feel like there should be a bigger category,called Enormous Fish or something,where you wold require Mega Bait,which is only obtainable by casting out a large fish.
Or colosаl fish, will do too
What about josie? Now the bonus exp from throwing her out mechanic is useless

i watch these videos not to learn but because watching these videos are really fun for me, with other words i love your videos
for a good bit of these fish, the origin appears messed up(the origin being where the hook goes when the fish bites). The darken eats the hook with it's cheek and elder underfin just being near the hook. A bit of a nitpick bit seems kind of odd.
