North Shore Chunder - Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Mt. Seymour, BC

- Ned's is an interesting one. It's the longest, roughest trail on the shore with some high speed (for the shore) sections and a couple hucks to flat. Despite it's chundery nature, it flows quite well if you're light on the brakes and hold on for dear life. Shout out to my carbon rims for surviving two seasons and counting of this stuff lol.
I'm going to start posting weekly videos and would love your help growing the channel. If you like what you see, please subscribe and help get the word out!

So stoked to see a trail named after such a great band!
I know !! caught my attention to. Saw them when i was a younger man. Good times.
Looked like a great trail Dave, smashing through it like normal lol. really glad you will be posting more too! your a great rider and deserve a lot more recognition for your talents 100% behind you dude.
Appreciate the support Steve!
That’s such a cool trail bro, keep up the shredding!!
Thanks Ben!
sick nedness
That was the fastest shred I’ve seen on Ned’s 😲👏🏼
Just don't count the rest breaks in the total time :p
@@ddangerousddave 🤣😂
I didn't know that was the trail name. Came here to hear the band while somebody banged out a sweet ride lol.
I still remember my first descent down Neds. The trail was only a month or two old: still riding on duff. Pretty sweet but didnt take long before it was rutted down a few feet in many places. Its cool to see these old iconic NShore trails and the amazing work thats been done to them to keep them going all these decades now..
YeeeW! how satisfying is it to send that jump at 4:57 though...after all the chunder...👍😎 Ned's is such a weird rad trail. I'd like to try it with plush forks, cushcore, slack geo...
Feels out of place. Needs a flatter landing and some loose rock strewn across the landing. The Sight's new school geo is right at home on this kind of stuff! Funny that the first time I rode this was on an XC race bike with 80mm of travel and 1.9 tires lol.

Amazing riding. Looking forward to more frequent videos!
Thanks Buu!
Beast Mode. Great Job.
Thanks Dan!
Just subbed today. Saw you and Dale onBurke this past Friday, and asked myself why I’m not subbed to you as well. Now rectified. Great skill that a new (and old) rider like me will never come close to, but it’s inspiring anyway. Keep it up.
Thanks for the support Nick! See you on the trails 🤘
Dave you go so fast, it doesn’t even look like the same Neds that I most of do in 20min! Lol! Sweet shred! Keep it up and thanks for sharing!
Thanks Stan!
That is some seriously fast riding. Neds is such a physically demanding trail it’s amazing how smooth you make it look. That huck to flat is way bigger than it looks on the Go Pro.
Way to finesse it Dave. That drop at 3:30 is a beaut!
Heroes work.
Need to bring back janky creek bed riding!
Great riding, keep it up
Thanks!!
this looks so much fun :D
Amazing riding. Looks like van can couldn’t keep up with you. 😃
Thank you! We each have different strengths. I usually lead on the tech trails and he leads on the flowy/jump trails.
Rad trail dude 🤘
Thanks Joshua!
Puts mobile CZcams into 1080p. Lol.
I was wondering does have all those drops flat landings or is because of camera angle.
Nice riding Dave 🤘
No GoPro effect here, the drops are just flat!
The trails I say are hard:
The trails my friends says are hard ______________________…_________……__________
I did my yearly run down Neds not long ago. For some reason, my run was a little longer.
Obviously a timing error
I rode Neds back in 95 I think. Looks different now. Does it start off the old buck trail ?
I'm sure it rode very differently on bikes with canti brakes! It starts at the end of Cabin Trail/Mushroom Connector.
Anyone else was expecting to listen to Neds Atomic Dustbin music in the background?
G ride!!
Always a good time bombing down a creek bed
A bit smooth for my liking :p
People would think it's downhill all the way. But no, there is still a considerable amount of peddling.
Whose here to check the good old neds after its been reworked?
stay to the right of the tree @ 3:48
I think about that line every time I ride Ned's, then a year or two goes by before my next ride and I forget about it!
Shout out to carbon rims for retaining nearly the same (un)satisfying PANG sound as aluminum when you bottom your rim.
Makes you feel badass because you're riding hard. Or stupid because you forgot to pump your rear tire up.
wild animal running in the forest POV
So chunky... Poor bike =(
This is what she was made for :)
So sad to see how they have ruined it with the redux today. Another Shore classic gone.
I am not a fan of riding down this river at all ;)
Was so happy to get a dry lap in! Don't think I'd be quite as stoked on a Ned's "a river runs through it" winter lap.
