Draco: Athens' First Lawgiver

- Draco was Athens' first lawgiver, and perhaps it's most harsh. His name has become an adjective, Draconian, which is used to describe cruel or harsh laws. His constitution would have to be revised by Solon, since he codified antiquated practices like debt slavery. Find out all about him and the beginnings of Athenian law in today's video!
