I think the 99 has both kick and electric. For a 250 if it you don't like it at 65-70 MPH that's not good. Speed limit here 8n San Diego, slow is 65, higher most everywhere is 70 and ofcourse everyone does 80-90 easy. And have to take freeway to off road or load it up in a truck or trailer.
