Sir I am non political entity but while on travelling country sides with friends I am firmly aware of social chaotic scenario since early 1990s. Its very simple they Contracted for self gains and cickbacks for pulverizing nationnal social fabrics. In the instability of our country no one is innocent and loyalist. Insensitive executors now weeping like Crocodile tears on vulnerability of nation.

Actually it was trump who said that pakistan cannot pay chineese loans from IMF Fund. So if he comes back there will be tougher conditions for pakistan.

محترم سید صاحبان پاکستان کے پاس موجودہ کیپیسیٹی بجلی کی ترسیل کیلئے انفراسٹرکچر ہی نہیں۔ مطلب بجلی کے کھمبے اور تاریں لگائے بغیر 45 ہزار میگا واٹ کے آئی پی پیز لگا لئے۔ 30 ہزار میگا واٹ سے زیادہ ترسیل کا آج بھی کوئی انتظام نہیں۔

Disappointed to see that such senior journalist are misrepresenting the issue of IPPs.
1. The reason we make capacity payments is because we have a single buyer model. The investors needs guarantees because they are not allowed to sell electricity to anyone else. Without this guarantee the investor would never have invested to begin with.
2. One of the reasons why we don't produce the excess capacity at our disposal is because we are unable to collect money for even the electricity we are producing. If we produce more the circular debt would go even higher. The issue is not as simple as it being made out to be by Waqar sb.
IPPs are a serious issue and there is definitely bad decision making involved but I expect this channel to talk about this issue with nuance rather than emotions. I request that you bring in someone well informed on this issue to talk about it on your platform.
