théorbe de pièces: Reading of G minor Sarabande de Mr. de Viseé

This is the second Sarabande on page 380 of the Vaudry de Saizenay manuscript. It is part of 17 pieces listed in the key of G re sol mineur. Only two other “suites” in the theorbe part of the manuscript have more movements: G re sol majeur has 20, D la re mineur has 22. In this reading it is transposed to C minor because of the higher tuning of théorbe de pièces.
