How to install a nuc of honey bees

We had our hives die off this winter so we're installing two new hives, called nucs (nukes) when you buy them. Here's how.
Package bees are just bees in a box and need to build new comb and start from nothing. Nucs are small hives of five frames that have a head start and will start producing much sooner.

getting ready to pick up my first nuc tomorrow! i have an experienced friend whos gonna help me. the hive boxes i have, looks the same. but dont have a little hole in each one. should they?

I think Carnolian...Mutts? Two queens came from Hawaii of all places. I was told they were local...hahahaha. If I didn't drive for 1 hour I would have left them there. Turns out they made it through an upstate NY winter. Go figure
