The problem is in your battery To fix this problem open your earbuds first check if the battery is swollen or not then check the battery wires if the points are connected properly then check the battery voltage and the voltage Should be at least 3.7 if the volts are less than 3.7 then replace your battery.

Hello ; I think the problem is in your earbuds battery open the earbuds check battery connection and battery volts. Battery volts should be 3.7 if battery volts less then 3.7 so change your earbuds battery.

Bro it's very simple firstly full charge your both earbuds and then go in mobile Bluetooth and forget all devices and then turn off your mobile Bluetooth when earbuds fully charged then take out your earbuds at the same time and both earbuds will sound together (connected) if earbuds not sound together so tap on your earbuds for 5 second and turn off your earbuds after that tap your earbuds for 25 seconds after that your earbuds sound together connected and then turn on your mobile Bluetooth and pair with earbuds.😊

Hellow , if your earbuds is new so charge your earbuds max 2 to 3 hours after this your earbuds lines charge fully.
If there is a sound problem in your left earbud while they are know so my suggestion is that tell your seller return your money or replace your earbuds with original earbuds.

Bro , i have a wings phantom tws gaming earbuds and when the left bud placed in the case it lights up for about 8 to 10 seconds and turns off and doesn't connect to the phone and if i tried to trun on then the sounds comes like " Power on you ready to feel." And truns off . And if it connects with the mobile (rarely) then after few seconds itruns disconnects both side .
What to do bro?
Bro check your left bud battery first open and check the battery volts if volts less then 3.7V so you need to change the left bud battery.

Hello ; bro I think the problem is in your earbud touch just do one thing connect your buds with phone and play something and tap on your earbud if the touch not works properly then try this solution.
First go to mobile bluetooth setting and delete all bluetooth devices that you see then turn off mobile bluetooth then take out both earbuds from case and turn off then wait for 5 seconds then tap on your earbuds Press and hold for 25 to 30 seconds then release and wait for 5 seconds then turn on mobile bluetooth and search and connect your device after this solution your problem will be gone 🙂

And check if the left earbud's light is working, touch is working, and whether it's powering on and off. If all of these functions are working, then in left earbud speaker wire is loose or speaker has a problem. But if function are not working, then there is a problem with the battery inside the earbud then you need to change earbud battery.

Hi. I have m10 TWS earbuds with sound problem. First right side had no sound, now both earbuds have no sound. At first the the sound used to lose connectivity, now no sound is skmjg out. Even pairing and earbuds on and off sound is not there. Please help
Hello , brother insert your both earbuds in charging case and check earbuds take charging or not. if earbuds not getting charged so it's means the problem is in your earbuds battery open the earbuds and check battery wires and then Battery volts if volts less then 3.7 so you need to change the batteries after that your problem will gone 🙂

Bro must try this solution First go to mobile bluetooth setting and delete all bluetooth devices that you see then turn off mobile bluetooth then take out both earbuds from case and turn off then wait for 5 seconds then tap on your earbuds Press and hold for 25 to 30 seconds then release and wait for 5 seconds then turn on mobile bluetooth and search and connect your device after this solution your problem will be gone 🙂

Sab say pehlay mobile Kay Bluetooth may ja kar purani sab devices ko forget kardo or phir Bluetooth off kardo and earbuds ko full charge karlo or jab charge hojain to aik Sath case say nikalo and 5 second Tak tap karkay rakho off hojaingay jab off hojain to 5 second k baad dono ko Aik sath 25 to 30 seconds tak tap karkay rakho phir uskay Baad dono ko chor do 10 second k Liya dono apas may thik say pair hojaingay jab apas may connect hojain to mobile ka Bluetooth onn karkay device search karo or connect karlo apki problem solve hojaygi 🙂
