Hello brother first go into the mobile Bluetooth and unpair all the devices from the Bluetooth and turn off the Bluetooth after that take out both earbuds from the case and turn off the earbuds after 5 second tap again on both earbuds touch for 25 second then release and wait for 5 second then turn onn the Bluetooth and connect your device.

And go to mobile bluetooth setting and delete all bluetooth devices that you see then turn off mobile bluetooth then take out both earbuds from case and turn off then wait for 5 seconds then tap on your earbuds Press and hold for 25 to 30 seconds then release and wait for 5 seconds then turn on mobile bluetooth and search and connect your device after this solution your problem will be gone 🙂

Brother, either the problem is with the battery of your earbud or the other is the problem with its touch, so to check the touch or battery, open your earbud and there will be a pin on the circuit, hold it for five seconds if earbuds light blinking then the problem is in the touch if not working, then there is a problem with the battery. Check the voltage of the battery it should be 3.7V If it is less than 3.7V then change the battery. After that, your problem will be solved.🙂

Hello brother you are right the problem basically is in your earbud speaker do one thing open the earbud and check speaker wires if the wires are properly then check speaker continuity through volt meter if speaker continuity working so speaker will repair easily. but if it's not showing any continuity so you need to change your earbud speaker with same version of this earbud after that your problem will be solved 🙂

Bro your earbuds connectivity is so week you need to exchange your product. Because none of the solutions will work on it.
Bro left side don't blink red and blue but if you put it on the case it'll show it's charging still it doesn't show it's blinking if I take it out
Basically it'll charge but it won't blink red and blue
Bro if your earbuds working properly but only lights can't blinking put your left earbud in the case and hold the earbuds for 10 seconds and release. after that your earbuds lights will be blink properly.🙂
Secondly if your left earbud not working so the problem is in your earbud battery so open the earbud check battery wires then battery condition and check battery volts if volts less then 3.7 so you need to change the battery.

Bro the problem is in you charging case. Ap charging case k battery cell ko check karo case open karo then battery cell ki wires and cell Kay volts bhi check karo agar volts 3.7 say kam Hain so you need to change your battery cell first after that your problem will gone.🙂

Hello brother,I have this issue with the one side not working on my wireless earbuds.. I think the problem is that once I put the earbuds inside its case it's charging perfectly but as soon as I took it out from the case it's not turning on /working at all .. what to do please help!
Bro check you earbud battery condition. First charge your earbuds 100% then take out from the case and open the earbud and check battery condition if battery is swelled so it's means battery totally dead but if not swelled so check battery volts if battery show 3.7V or more then this so it's ok but if it shows less then 3.7V so you need to install a new battery in your earbud. After that, your earbud will work like new.🙂

bro do one thing first open the earbud and you will see the pin on the circuit press it lightly for 5 seconds if the earbud is on and working properly then there is a touch problem but after power on suddenly or few seconds Then the earbuds should be closed. So then there is a battery problem so replace the battery with a new one then the earbud problem will be gone 🙂
