New Brighton Minnesota is one of very few locations around the twin cities where the median sale price for a single family home is pretty low and the school scores are very high. That stat alone is probably a big draw to New Brighton, but is it the right place for you?

I used to live there it was nice although cold. It's totally different now. You would be crazy to move there.
