It's been a while since we've had the absolute pleasure of talking about
Macalester Groveland (AKA Mac-Groveland) in Saint Paul. And you may very well hear this billed as "One of Saint Paul's Best Neighborhoods," and rightfully so. Interestingly, we have helped a TON of people end up here. For one reason or another, many of the folks we help who want to end up in one of the twin cities (the city proper, that is), are drawn to Macalester Groveland.

Jesse and Nick spent the past year helping my fiance and I find a house in the Merriam Park/Mac-Groveland/Highland Park area of St. Paul. Otherwise known as the lower triangle. We had a unique situation that required us to find a house remotely since we lived in northern NJ and To The Twin Cities was the perfect company to help us accomplish our goal. They spent many days driving all over MSP and took countless videos for us in order to find us the perfect house in the perfect location. We were very particular and they never seemed to mind, not that we would have blamed them if they did. 😂 They were incredibly patient with us and totally understood our situation. They were able to find us the house of our dreams in Merriam Park and we couldn't be happier. This company is legit! I would highly recommend them to anyone I met looking to move across the country like us or even just across town. You won't find a better team in the Twin Cities! Trust me, we looked!

How does public transportation in St. Paul compare to Minneapolis?
It’s slightly less robust, but overall quite similar. Most of our public transit is accomplished with buses, and both Minneapolis and Saint Paul have a lot of options. Minneapolis is served by two light rail routes, whereas Saint Paul only has one.
Our public transportation is managed by “Metro Transit,” if you want to look into it more!
