@@greyghost3081 not the ammo counter as I don't want compression so just measure the your ammo counter and print to size
Great job on the painting, but just one small thing that might be misleading for anyone attempting to copy your weathering technique: Oil paints and water don't mix. To thin oil paint - and clean your brushes afterwards - you need to use turpentine or a similar petroleum-based solution. The danger with this is that turps also thins enamel paint and can damage your paintwork if you use too much or overwork the area when applying.
I use spirit-based acrylic for this purpose (as opposed to water-based acrylic, which only tends to bead on smooth surfaces) as there's no danger of disturbing the paint underneath in any way.
you are 100% correct, I should have added a bit of context I'm Using water Based Oil paints not traditional oil paints what would work as well without the water same effect can be achieved, appreciate you took the time to point this out

Halfords peugeot graphite grey (it's a car paint so brands not important)
Rustoliom gun metal (can looks different in the UK) but same as the US one
Generic silver spray paint

Just curious where did you get the flashlight for the prop?
I saw the wires are still present; is the gun still functional or did you deactivate it to fit the flashlight? Also, how'd you get the charging handle out? Mine doesn't seem like it's coming out in one piece.
All functional the flash light is simply glued In by the torch screw cap and is screwed in
I didn't put it in in the first place 😂 I'm not sure if it can be removed

hey there jus a small question , why do you paint some of the silver details, instead of using the silver pencil for every silver detail ? (i never painted a blaster before)
It is silver paint 🤔? It's in a penform but it's still paint
