I own multiple of these cans, small inexpensive, robust, less back-pressure compared to many other designs. No, not the quietest, but if you want to experience a real truth-test, like I did is shoot an AR10 with a 10.5" barrel (with brake) and then throw one of these on and get that contrasting experience, night and day difference. So, even taming down a .308 from sounding like a flashbang to a normal bang, says a lot. BTW, no company would ever say you could do that with their can, no body offers or suggests you shoot a 10.5" .308 suppressed and warranties their product. Yes, I own other brands, I'm a FFL/SOT, so I have the liberty/experience of owning close to 20 cans. Shooting 147 grain or heavier 9mm drastically improves the experience as well. I personally shoot mostly 115/124 through mine and it helps improve all around and mine permanently lives on one firearm.
I have experimented with the Witt Machine can on several rigs. I'm working on my FFL because I professionally Cerakote and Stipple, and laser etch firearms. It's a paid hobby. I am 4 months deep in work. I've not shot as much as you have (around 30K rds down range over the last 4yrs). I'm aware it's a very low number. I'm working on can #5 now. The Witt Machine was purchased specifically for my FM-9, that is now in a 5.5" barrel configuration. I run 147gr through it the most- subsonic. No ears. I would not shoot 150rds with no ears, but it's quiet enough to shoot 2-3 stick mags and not need ear pro. I've not tried 165 Hush through it. It's more of a show piece now, due to the one of a kind Cerakote refinish on it along with some expensive items. I dropped a short on it, and in 2 days, I had 4K views. That is a high number for me with 2 days. If you want to look at it 100% finished it's in my Shorts about 10-20 from newest. The thumbnail for the Short 100% can't be missed. I also build, tune or customize AR'S and Glocks. I do light to medium gunsmith work as well. I've completed close to 40 in total, firearms for myself. They were all planned out. The last 4 have been Glock 19's. A fully upgraded and Cerkote/stippling on 3 of the 4. I use to be a autobody technician and painter for 30yrs. I left the body shop world behind in 2022. I now work at our local hospital in Plan-Ops. I've thought about leaving and go full time into my hobby, but I would lose my benefit package, and they are paying me 40% over what they would give someone else, because I can fix or repair things that no one else can,and when they found out I can run a Mig/Tig/Plasma cutter, now I'm the resident fabricator. All of this T&E over the years has allowed me to start a firearm journey miles ahead of most ppl, also my shooting skills were a mile above anyone I knew who had the same start time as I did, because I played Amateur Paintball D4 over 15yrs. I know almost every angle to shoot from. When to bump. Situational awareness. Knowing where all my teammates are on the field at any given time. Ect and so forth. My Channel was made for me to check for stance issues, firearm positioning, look at failures/ejection patterns. I ended up just posting everything. The channel has no reflection on how deep I am into this firearm hobby.
Keep in mind your not actually there when I'm shooting it. Without ears, no issues. I know what 163db from a 16".223 sounds like, this ain't it. You did notice it's a 4" can? Right? 4", not 7" or a 9" SilencerCo Hybrid 46.
@adamaputesol1631 I don't get paid on anything I promote. If it's a legit item, I will say so. If it's trash I'll do the same. I have numerous cans. To only be 4", it is impressive. It literally stays on my HD AR9.
This set up will run 165gr Hush subsonic with zero issues. I have a short video showing it does. Just scroll up or down a few videos. Thanks for watching the video! Drop a sub!
No it was just 124gr. I do have 165gr Hush ammo. Not tried it yet. These were the first shots with this can. I had been running a Silencerco Hybrid 46 for several months. Hush threw that Hybrid 46 is scary quiet. I just wanted a short can. I have 3 cans. Thanks for watching the video! Sub and share plz.

The FM-9 fully finished and shown shooting is in Short #26, If you start from the newest Short and go down what I've made thus far.
If there's less than an inch between can/rail leave it, so you can get a grip to release it.
I keep anti - seize on all my threaded only Witt cans. I've never had an issue taking a threaded or QD mount can off, ever.
147 should get that whispering sweet nothings
We will find out! 😊. Thanks for watching the video!
Idk if this is a bad can, or if you're not using the right ammo cuz this is really loud

Can you run it with supersonic 5.56 and 300 blk etc?

According to the manufacture yes you can.
Loud as fk
Dude it sounds like a standard ar-15 spring put a 308 carbine spring.
Nah, your hearing is off bro. This isn't my first rodeo.
Are you using subsonic 9mm ammo

What’s the point of doing a can review without subs?
I do. You looked at one video. I run 165gr Hush flawlessly through the can.
