1982 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia Subaru EJ25 Engine Conversion

Post install video showing the sound and performance of a Westfalia with a EJ25 Engine Conversion. Vehicle was previously a 1.6L Diesel, then a Air Cooled 2.0L engine.

Where did you mount the radiator? I have an 82 but I don’t really want to chop the front for another grill

did you change the bellhousing? getting ready to do this on my 82 diesel

No the bell housing on the transmission is the same, an adapter plate is used

ok so your starter is on top not the side of the tranny?

Correct my starter is on the top.
