I mean this in the best way possible, but this reminds me so much of my grandma's house! When we used to hang out at her house I always remember thinking someday I wanna decorate my house just like this lol. Plus I adore the wood panelling and all your decor!!

Replant the dracenca in a really well draining soil, use orchid bark or perillite. They also don’t mind a bit of darkness so possibly just moving it a tad further from the window can save it :) water it really well and then just really neglect tf outta it
