Male dominance or female dominance does it matter?
As a research scholar only matters is the subject isn't?
On Indian TV, we need more advertisements like this one. STEM is crucial for the advancement of the country. In addition to lacking role models, STEM individuals are not given the same level of media attention as movie stars, cricket players etc.

The more STEM professionals India has, the better. Lack of a role model isn't the only explanation, in my opinion. Because of their meager salaries, a lot of STEM graduates eventually lose interest.

This is why she is not included in here, as this ad is about women in STEM, and not women reformers. It is not ignorance on their part.
Very biased ad. Why are pandits shown as aggressors? Lame ad. Try better olay. No caste discrimination.
You should educate yourself that the Dr.Anadibai Joshi was Bhramin and her caste people were disappointed by the fact that she was taking a degree which was considered ill factor in their belive.
