  • Here we have the Servis Slimline 1000 MK322 first produced 1984 and made in Darlaston, West Midlands, UK.
With hot & Cold fill it takes a 9lb load and has two spin speeds 1000rpm and 600rpm for woollens and delicates.
It uses a German AKO timer and module with a brush motor.

Thank you for posting! This is the machine I grew up with. We had many problems with our flooding the kitchen, shaking itself out of the spot it stood and once smoke came out on a spin. It was repaired numerous times but was in operation from 1984 until 1996. Brings back fond memories.

I live in Wednesbury! My mum had a servis twin tub bought in 1983 and used it until getting a washer/dryer second hand from my grandad in 95

I love these Servis machines from the 80's. personally Servis Hotpoint and Zanussi were the best machines around at the time

This is a very intriguing model by Servis! Nice to see the last design of the "MK" models :). Trying to figure out what motor this has in it, I am presuming AEG motor? :) I'll be cursed if it's a Hoover one lol, anyways, wonderful video of another beautiful piece of British history Mike!

noticed this has the same options, timer positions as my 3305. is it exclusive or something special?

Great video as always Mike! I have never had a Servis machine, did i just notice that the stainless steel drum has no drain holes in it? Regards Lee.

Hello Lee, many thanks, Yes the "SpinCare" drum was patented by Servis UK, rather like the creda spinners of old with vanes instead of holes, the water exits through the vanes at front, middle & rear and also allows more water to stay inside the drum so cushioning clothes.

Bio Prewash? What does that selection do?

Its a short pre-wash starting in cold water to loosen dirt or excess dust say from curtains before the main wash commences.
