Hey everybody,
here is a new head sculpt. This time a demon prince that took me close to 2 hours to sculpt. If you have any questions, please write them in the comments and I will be happy to help!

I understood every bit of anatomy and sculpting techniques used in this video.
Except for the part where it stopped being a sphere.
Dude saaaaaaaame
Bro can you tell which configuration computer should we take for smoothy run zbrush
@@sapnap2468 I'm no expert, I was mostly making a joke, but the recommended specs are on their website. pixologic.com/zbrush/system/
Cheers!
@@sapnap2468 atleast 8 gigs of ddr3-4 ram
And that's on jah
"Hello, today we create a Demon Prince, but first.. Anatomy class!" Great video and awesome work.
Nice process! I like how you constructed face from a skull.
Ye he flexed on us so hard xD
@@i7ami @iTamiCS Isn't that how a lot of artists construct faces? They use skeletons as foundation and a guide
q q yea but not in such a detailed way. Maybe some basic construction lines
Spongebob - 'How To Draw a Perfect Circle' in reverse
haha I didn't know where I would end up but I guess I aimed at the perfect circle
It's a sphere
@@mihael1148 oh aye acc it is! Here I was thinkin it was a fuckin cuboid 😱🙈
@@mihael1148 it's i sphiri

This is the first zsculpt I've watched in a while where I was actually taking notes. I especially like how you formed your eyes. I've always struggled with getting that thick layer of skin above the upper eyelid, and your method makes it look effortless. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks a lot! I'm glad it was helpful!
exact same problem for me too this helped alot
I like how he went from skeleton to muscle then to a normal head
That ear from plane technique was impressive.
it's an ear-o-plane
When Leonardo da Vinci uses zbrush. This is how he do it.
Am I the only one who said “This is how he do it.” Like the song “This is how we do it!”
Yes
God: “I am the best at creating man!”
Michelangelo: “I am the best at sculpting man!”
Fynn GB: “Amateurs”
Michelangelo: “What was that punk?”
Fynn GB: “AMATEURS”
he did the ol switcheroo from skull to Grumpy old neighbor to demon Overlord
2 Hours?? SERIOUSLY?? Like TWO f’ing hours?!
It takes me a day to draw like a circle, gosh!
You’re a real pro!!
I really appreciate seeing your process of finding horns you like. It makes me feel better as a beginning 3D artist knowing amazing people like you are still human
Beautiful shapes/forms! The use of the skeletal anatomy as a base is so simple and brilliant. Thank you for sharing your process!! Fantastic sculpt!!
niiiiiiice, new sculpting techniques always appreciated especially with characters.

You're sculpts are so freaking satisfying, Fynn, I love your work, really
Keep it up, I'm following your works of art
This is best speed sculpt I ever saw! Good anatomy, guide good flow and best of all techniques!
Thank you very much! I appreciate it!
This is amazing! I would love to see the way you'd go about retopoing this bad boy
Came for the head, stayed for the ear! Fascinating process!
Love your technique....WONDERFUL 😎
Wow really loved your new style of sculpting!
This taught me a lot not only about anatomy as a base but also zbrush process’.
Thanks for the video.
It is always very helpful to see your process, never realized how much of an organic process you can still achieve with digital sculpting until I watched your videos. Thanks for being very good at it and having fresh perspectives to view.
Also that fuckin ear technique is so choice, saves a lot of time
Your brush strokes are really satisfying
Thanks for your easy to follow explanations
Ohhhh the eyeball trick🤯
Even though it was a lot, its exactly what i was looking for with such great brief explanations. Thanks bruv
Holy moly...awesome
Really great work! Simple and effective.
Those details!
I can easily see this being in Doom Eternal.
I don't even know how I got here, but I actually enjoyed every bit of the video! Got a sub! :D
Wow, that is a really interesting way of sculpting the nose. I might try that.
I tried to do an anatomy study while watching this and it came out pretty good. I learned a lot simply from watching this . btw , I didn't understand how you created the ear, I'm familiar with edge looping but the part where you extruded was a little bit too fast even when I tried slowing the video down. would appreciate a quick vid about that (if possible).
thanks for uploading this ♥
Yes, I had the same doubt. I'd never seen an ear being sculpted this way. It's very interesting.
Glad to hear that it helped you! I'm working on a tutorial about the process so stay tuned :)
The tutorial is now up on my channel. I hope it helps!
A M A Z I N G!!
Amazing work, good job!!
Great work, as always! I feel like every time you post a new work, you've improved from the last one!
I definitely would like to see how you rendered that and got the subsurface scattering on the ear.
Thanks Aquiel! I'm thinking about doing a sculpting tutorial for ears since the model is crucial for a proper SSS effect and then a breakdown video how I set up my render scene in maya
Man the proficiency of the artist in anatomy and how a human head is shaped scares me
Very awesome!
Excellent work. You will go far with your talents. People like me, aim to hire people like you. 👍
YOU ARE INCREDIBLE

i cant get this level of awesomeness yet on zbrush... i dont even know this much about anatomy. but i just wanted to let you know this was such an inspiration to be better and of course learn and practice a lot.
Thank you very much for your comment! All the best for your practice!
perfect! :)
nice how you are laying out the initial landmarks. great work
Thank you very much :)
Please for the love of whatever deity or idea you find dear, consider doing a paid tutorial on whatever platform you wish, your ecorche approach is extremely structured even when watched as a speedsculpt. At least please consider it. Thank you and kudos on your quality work.
THIS.
Seriously? Two hours to finish?
I bet I could finish in two centuries!
Great work sir
Thank you very much!
Good job 👍👍👍
Uuuuu sooo talented
Great job Fynn. Like always. Yo, is it possible for you to make a tutorial on how you make the final render also, please! Thanks!
I'd like that too
me too!
Me too
Thanks a lot! I'm thinking about doing a tutorial for the ears first since it's important to have a proper geometry to have a good SSS effect. Then I would do a video about how I set up the clay render in maya with arnold
Fynn GB sounds good to me, I can’t wait.
thanks for showing
Nice job
Nice William Dafoe sculpt!
Nice job 😄
Вау .
Очень круто получилось.
Hey - Awesome awesome sculpt; absolutely loved the process you used and I've learnt a bunch watching a few times. Got a quick question if you'll indulge me - when you were extruding the inside of the ear, how did you create the mask that protected the outside of the ear? I've been trying to figure it out but I'm getting nowhere haha. (I'm pretty new to zbrush, so most of what you did there was like black magic to me.) The part I'm referring to is at around 5:20. Thanks in advance! And thanks for sharing!
Hey, thanks a lot! It's an option called backfaceMask that you can find in the brush menu under AutoMasking. I always turn it on when I sculpt on thin meshes
@@FynnGB legendary! Thanks so much 😀
awsome
Epic
It was great
This Demon Prince be out here looking like Willem Dafoe from the front, I'm ok with that, this is cool.
