He hits the body pad, hits the mitts with multiple coaches, gets some heavy bag work in. He even does the reflex bar and some water bag work. Woodley even does some play light sparring too.
Now i haven't seen much of Jake Paul but there's a Drasticcccc difference between Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren and Nate Robinson. Woodley dropped Darren Till and Wonderboy Thompson and knocked out Robbie Lawler.

Yea, but more than likely, anyone who steps into boxing fresh vs someone who has been doung it for sometime, is more than likely going to lose. Yes i know Tryon as some experience, and jake has fought no one in terms of boxer status. But this rivalry vs boxers and wrestlers etc, has been going on since the 70's at least. Every crossover to one otherside, has been dreadful for the most part.

The man knows how to fight already. A little tune up and he's knocking Jake Paul out first round.
He’s got good speed and power but his head movement is what needs to be worked on and maybe his footwork yes they are still good but they should be his main points of practice

Hanging with mayweather he will learn some things for sure, but to be able to apply it under the lights is a different story . Tryon has to unlearn bad habits in his striking and footwork first before trying implement new muscle memory from his new training, it doesn’t happen in 60 days. Not even for a UFC veteran. In fact It’s my opinion that those guys have a harder time transitioning to a strict boxing discipline than it is for a guy who is a blank sheet of paper. I say that because of the various arts those guys train in. Their brains are cluttered with so much other things that it makes it difficult to re-wire their thoughts. Just an opinion though
@@user-ne7cf4gz7s I think training with Mayweather will get that part sorted....they are known for their defensive skills and movement around the ring. It will also improve his boxing IQ alot. He is taking the right steps atleast.....let's see how well he can adapt in 3 months.

And can move his bloody hips
And T Wood wasn’t ever retired, and isn’t rockin a flabby pudding of a body at 190 lbs

I want Woodley to beat him but I just don't see it happening. Look at Jake's training vids then look at Tyron... Tyron's boxing looks "stiff" [pause] while Paul looks natural. He is going to get frustrated and mentally quit just like he did in MMA.... he is way less experienced in boxing than Jake is.
