- Paulo Costa did a body shot challenge with his Coach and friend after receiving a new Body pad and they decided to test it out. Those things vary too from not feeling anything and it feeling like its barely doing anything. Im very impressed with it or his coach just has a really good poker face. either way you can tell it doesn't feel great.

No one ever hits izzy in the body. He’s too long, too good. Costas best and only chance is to go for the ko
Cristobal Ordonez that’s why in my opinion Izzy is the favorite, but Costa is better at choosing his strikes than most ppl give him credit.
He’s very good a making guys block their head and then find body shots, not sure if he’ll be able to do that to Israel
23noszz oh yes! Costa has some of the most accurate striking i have ever seen. But his style fits better against pressure fighters. I don’t know how he will do against an evasive Adesanya, but, you never know. Its why MMA is the best sport on earth

Those muscles make his punch movements too big...Izzy will see them coming from a mile away. That’s the disadvantage of big muscles. He can only land those shots if he gets Izzy cornered by the cage. I don’t see that happening often enough to cause any significant damage.

Batman's utility belt yea kelvin was able to connect and rock izzy. Costa is way faster and way more powerful than him and bigger. Izzy is able to bully kelvin but he won’t be able to do that with costa cause he’s just so damn big

Costa is the more accurate striker. Facts.
@@92clintonr there is a difference in "striking accuracy" stat and being more precise with your shot placement. that stat just means your fist lands on the opponent when you throw it, but doesn't take into account how well placed it is. costa gets people against the cage and hits em with a barrage of punches, so it inflates the stats. izzy trades in the middle of the cage, feints a lot and lands precise strikes when and where it counts. still pulling for Costa tho, but i think izzy has a better chance at winning, though either can win it
