Tonchito Domingo fun fact, that's partially because every camera captures frame by frame and there will be some distortion on certain types of fast motion because cameras and human eyes perceive movement differently. Try spinning a coin and filming it and you will probably see a similar effect.

What's actually causing it is a shuttering effect from the camera. Which allows light and exposure to happen at timed moments. Pretty cool imo

The E String is actually very delicate as it is on the upper edge and therefore is easy to wiggle and move it up and down
I don't know why the lower E string doesn't wiggle though even when it is on the edge

It kills me to see all these comment wars over some seemingly loose strings... "To be ignorant of what happened before you were born is to live the life of a child forever." So basically, learn your facts guys. This Flamenco is in standard tuning and the nylon strings has little, if anything, to do with the crazy wobble. The reason why we see such insane wobble is because of the light exposure as well as something called the "Rolling Shutter Effect". The human eye does not see in frames per second, which is also why we don't see in slow motion, but cameras, screens, tv's, etc. do. The string is moving at a speed that the camera is unable to capture all of the motions so it naturally distorts the image causing the "noodle strings" to occur.
