This is well Money invested
I would think you would need in upwards of 18 million over a lifetime to maintain such a property but it is nice for someone valued at over 150 million , according to some the location is horrible so you would need money ( which you should already have for owning such a place lol ) to be able to travel at leisure but all the extras this house has is crazy . Location.... this is a place most of the rich don't want be at.
There are a ton of these houses out in Palm springs, rancho mirage, indian wells, la quinta, etc. These are second homes, and they are only used 1/2 the year, since its 100 plus degrees 1/2 the year. According to zillow this house sold for 7m in 2013 and the guy tried to flip it for 10m, but took it off the market. Its not worth 20m, but 10m...maybe. link is here
