Crafted intricately to balance both beauty and purpose, 16036 Woodvale Road represents not only a remarkable luxury estate, but also a singular artful residence, elevated to a higher standard of living, and thinking. Infused with Nordic inspiration, this architectural masterpiece is a gated sanctuary where tranquility and grandeur coexist. Mixing the traditional lines of a quintessential farmhouse and the modern textures of luxe stone, shaded wood, and flowing water, the home's impressive exterior immediately intrigues the senses, only to be amplified further within the home's roughly 17,500 square feet. Upon entry, the grand entrance reveals soaring ceilings adorned with intricate Scandinavian-inspired woodwork. Sunlight dances through the floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the architectural staircase and illuminating the open-concept living spaces that seamlessly flow from one to another. The stately formal living room, sophisticated dining room, and regal library are offset by the more informal, yet equally as divine, aspects of the residence, including a plush theater, glass-enclosed wine cellar, and secondary living spaces. Included within these spaces is the great hall, reminiscent of a dignified manor, which beckons individuals to gather, while an expansive imported stone fireplace adds warmth and comfort to the ambiance. Perfectly adjacent to the great hall is the gourmet kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, one-of-a-kind seamless cabinetry, and a commanding center island, all enveloped by walls of glass, overlooking, and opening to, the verdant property. A Junior Olympic pool, complete with sunken fire pit and spa, stands as the focal point for the rear of the property and main outdoor lounge areas, while the tiered yard provides an upper level area dedicated to yoga and meditation, a raised organic garden, and an idyllic play area. Maintaining the feel of a sacred sanctuary, a state-of-the-art wellness center stretches both indoor and outdoor, with a sauna, steam room, outdoor plunge pools, dedicated shower, and relaxation space. Pillars of Nordic design flow throughout, focusing on functionality, simplicity, and craftsmanship. These principles can most notably be seen in the utilitarian use of space, prioritization of natural light, clean-lined angles, light-toned wood, and exquisite stone surfaces, placed to showcase their brilliance while always serving a functional purpose. The primary suite epitomizes these elements, showcasing the grandeur of the space with a cedar-clad vaulted ceiling, a private living area with bar, two expansive custom closets, walls of streamlined glass, dual spa-grade bathrooms, one outfitted with sleek neutral tones and the other with dramatic darker finishes, and a nod to Scandinavian culture with a striking central chandelier crafted from antler replicas. The various secondary bedrooms are all strategically laid out, maximizing privacy, while still maintaining a natural flow and functionality, each having its own thoughtfully designed ensuite bathroom. On the lower level of the residence, entertainment and intrigue abound, with a dedicated art gallery, bowling alley, entertainment bar, plush theater, and fitness area. Outside, a custom sports pad is wrapped in privacy hedges and optimized for both pickleball and basketball. Note: The lower garage/game room is included in the square footage.

He has already recorded the tour, it just hasn't been uploaded yet... My guess is they're still editing it, I follow him on Instagram so I seen it on his story. I've been waiting for the video for a week and a half now.

Naming a luxury home for the one eyed wanderer is a bad idea unless the family that resides here are true believers. would you name a residence Jesus or Muhammad? a better idea would be "Nordic Dream" or equivalent. Odin the deity has many facets, however he is a war God and rootless wanderer it would be much better to have a small shrine in the entry way or back yard grove than to turn the whole house into temple of offering, this way a mocking family will not be turned into food for a hungry Norse God of War.
