Pressure Cooker Tomato Rice I. One Pot Meal I Lunchbox Recipe I

Tomato rice made in a pressure cooker as an one pot meal saves time and less washing up too !
This is an excellent recipe for lunch or Dinner and can also be carried in your lunchbox.
Ingredients

Ginger a small piece
