50cc Two Stroke Won’t Start Problem Solved

Lem two stroke 50cc Franco Morini motor wouldn’t start had fuel and spark through inspection of the main seals found the lh side had popped out.
In this video I remove the rh case and clutch and assess the rh main
And also I pull the rotor and find that the left hand main seal has popped out
You may be able to identify this lh seal faster if you flood the lower end with some pre mixed fuel and remove lh cover and tilt the bike to the left and see if fuel leaks out or if seal is holding properly

Im praying thats going be the problem with mine i have spark fuel just wont fire ive put new carb new plug checked the reeds all fine fingers crossed this the problem glad i came across your video cheers 🍻

Just watched this video after tearing down the top end of an S6n. Couldn’t get fuel to draw through from the carb. Bore is perfect, piston is perfect, rings are perfect but still no bueno. Was thinking my next move would have to be split the cases to look for a air leak, but instead I pulled the flywheel and sure enough, crankshaft seal was off. Thanks for the video.
