the top screen gets in the way of the air-conditioner/heat vents exit vents, limiting their full potential. Why must I spend $300.00 for this unit...that may down the road cause serious problems.
All depends on what kind of car you have and the setup you have.
can this radio work in a car that's already equipped with cameras? front, rear and side cameras already equipped in car. maybe you can make a video to show how it works with the dual screens?

can you switch both screens, it will be great to play videos for the kids on the upper screen and put the phone controls in the bottom one. doesn it come come with all the wiring necessary or you bought that seperate. would it fit my ram 1500 2015 unit or i will need a different dash install kit and wire harness.

You would need to get an install kit to both fit the opening of the Dodge as well as a wiring kit. This is standard with all head units. Due to the fact that some manufacturers wire functions through the stereo's you need the wiring kit.
1) will the radio still play when the back up camera on?? or AV on??I bought a flat screen stereo but as soon as the aux video came on the radio turned off so it was pretty useless2) are the screens swappable I want to display car gauges on the top screen ??
No it won't. I believe this is done as a safety feature. I'm not sure you would be able to display gauges on the top screen unless you are sending the image to the head unit via another device.
Cerebral Overload does playing music via bluetooth work simultaneously with usb connection for google maps from the same phone ? how is the sound quality ?

I updated mine and I can mirror link but the bluetooth won't pair how did you pair your's
When I had it, I just paired it like any other bluetooth device and didnt have any issues.

Hi, I just recently purchased one of these stereos & just got it installed. I just wanted to know if the bottom screen could be tilted back or forward?
Congrats on your purchase. Hope you are enjoying the head unit. Unfortunatly We do not still have this unit and since it has been over 2 years since we did the review, I don't remember how much it moves.
How much space is need for the top screen to out completely
The screen is 7 Inches you you need that much room above the head unit for it to open properly
No Iphone support or galaxy s8 support?! i was going to order until this. I've never considered any brand other than Alpine Pioneer, or Kenwood; and this just proved to me why i should stick with what I know

only if you did some creative wiring with a switch to turn on the backup camera and a second switch to change between front and back camera

Ben i purchased this radio for a 2012 Nissan Altima and my installer tried using a Schoche kit with it and had to trim the bezel because of he arm mechanism for top screen is this not a standard size double din? he also was unabel to us the PAC swi-RC TO RETAIN STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS. its a nice unit and really sounds great but do you have any advise for this issue? can you point me in the right direction as there is little to no information online. by the way for those on the fence good power from 17 watt rms per channel. lots of cool extras in gui and gps.
NFALU it is a DDIN unit. All depends on how your vehicles opening is set up. Also, we didn't set up the steering wheel controls as our test vehicle doesn't have them.

you could have waze running though bluetooth, but I can't say if screen mirroring would work for the app. i don't have the unit anymore to test. sorry

It does android mirroring not Apple. Only thing you could do is stream music via Bluetooth

Yes, I was using the S5. As of right now, none of the newer phones using USB-C work with this head unit
or anything past S5 , which sucks because the mirroring was the main reason i got the DDX9903 .
