Consumer igniter failures - A closer look

A closer look at talon (clip-on) and consumer e-match igniters in use on visco fuse, to see if we get any failures and if so, what we could do to improve the chances of them all igniting the fuses properly. Also an opportunity to put the DBO4r 4 cue firing system through its paces and see if it behaves OK!
