- Throughout all of the videos where I catch every Pokemon in 24 hours, I've received numerous comments asking for me to try out this idea in the side series Pokemon games. Today we're going to find out how easily you can catch every Pokemon in Pokemon Dream Radar! At the end you said the weather trio wouldn’t have their hidden ability but that’s not true! If you convert them back to their normal form then they will indeed have their hidden abilities

Spiritomb. 100000 watts gathered on the save plus the rare chance you get spiritomb over munchlax. That will be a hell plus there are routes that are event locked. Those would likely be excluded but it would be hard. But fun as hell to watch.

I remember buying this game because of the fact that you can redeem the legendaries on a fresh save file and they will be level 5. I then transfered them to gen 6, duped them, and traded them for shinys, legendaries, and mythicals on gts because everyone loves level 5 legendaries for some reason
Those people are mostly flexing their pokes so I'd imagine their horror when they'd see that someone actually carried out the trade.

Lvl 5 legendaries are good to start a new play through with. Normally you can only get them late game and you will already have a full team, so you can’t really have bond with them easily

Small note about the ending: If you take Dream Radar Landorus (cannot bring the other two...No, I don't know why.) to the Abundant Shrine in Black 2 or White 2, you'll get the Reveal Glass. When you use the Reveal Glass on each member of the Weather Trio, you'll get them in their base forms with their hidden abilities. Since there's been no event for them as of Gen 7, this is the only way to get them with their hidden abilities. ...Just in case anyone wants to try this.

Random bit of information but their levels vary depending on how many badges you have in the game you transfer them to. If you have zero badges all Pokemon transferred from Dream Radar will be level 5 so with this you can have 8 level 5 Legendary Pokemon. That is the reason I bought this and got them all.
I remember doing this when the games first came out and I had both versions. I ended up playing all of black 2 with a legendary team

Oh boy, that’s a nightmare. Kecleon has a -33.9% chance to be recruited in Rescue Team and a -49.5% chance in Explorers.
@Clay Gensel I'm playing through explorers of time now, so I'll have to do a catch them all towards the end. After over leveling to make it easy of course lol.
It didn't matter as a kid because I had a game shark and wonder mail generator
@Clay Gensel The gameplay isnt as good as an adult, I will admit. Sometimes the rng is just trash and you lose because of a trap room or sleep powder hitting everything. But the story is A+, I still cry at the end, and the post game is really big.

One slight correction I have to give here:
If you transfer over the therian forms to your main copy and then use the key item to turn them back into their incarnate forms, they will have their hidden ability, so the game might still be relevant for that. Because I think there is no other way to get those.
At least, that's how I remember it, I might stand corrected here.
You’re 100% correct, and their abilities can’t be changed in Sword and Shield either for some reason. This is still the only way to get them with their hidden abilities which is crazy

In the summer, I was trying forever to find a Ralts in Dream Radar. I have gained a strong hatred for Staryu ever since

I didn't know that I could catch Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Lugia and Ho-Oh in Pokémon Radar. I guess it's time to play it again
A long time ended up being 3 years
I actually played this back in the day when it was released. It was pretty cheap and it was one of the only ways to get pokémon with hidden abilities in dream balls, which I used to collect. Also the legendaries are nice. It's a pretty boring game but I liked it for breeding purposes.
Imagine starting the game with a full team of legendaries.

The level of the Pokémon when you transfer them to the main games actually depends on the amount of badges you have. So if you have 0 badges, you can play B2W2 with a bunch of level 5 legendaries.
i had heaps of fun with the add-ons to bw2. this, and the online dream world thingie that i have almost completely forgotten about until this specific moment in time, were both heaps of fun back in the day. wish the dream world servers were still up so you could do a vid about it :c

The only thing scary about this game is how forgettable it is.
It's pretty much the only way to get hidden ability Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina (altered) without genning the gen 6 event somewhere. I think that also applies to Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus. Not sure how useful that is in competitive, but it's kinda cool. They can also be level 5 if you port them to B2W2 at the start of the game, so if you want to do a full legendary run, you totally can.
@@excalibur493 Telepathy is awful competitively, so it doesn't matter for the creation trio.
Defiant is also pretty awful because thundurus and tornadous are special based and prankser is a very good ability for set up and t-waving enemies.
Sheer Force on Lando-I is god tier though, it the only way to run lando-i outside of sandstorm.
@@SophiaLilithUwU I can see Telepathy Diagla used in Doubles, but yeah... it sucks. I hope the creation trio gets new hidden abilities like the legendary beasts did. And not something shitty like Inner Focus, because man, I was REALLY looking forward to Water Absorb Suicune...

I don’t think he did, but my guess is that trading them to someone with the reveal glass (obtained by showing the rain form landorous to an box) or just having it in later gens

You know obscure this game is?? I bought it on 3DS shop 2 weeks ago and wouldn't have remembered if not for this video.
I have so many of these legendaries from repeating this over and over again.
This was a really interesting one! I'd love to see you tackle more of the spin offs because how they work is all so varied. Like, how fast can you add every Pokemon to your team in a Pokemon mystery dungeon game? Or the other mobile type games for download on the 3ds but they are often based around timed events...

BRO you are my savior. Let me explain:
I am trying to get every Pokémon with HA available in Pokémon W2, as it was my first ever Pokémon game and I want to achieve EVERYTHING (except for Dream World Stuff, as DW is not available any more)
I bought Dream Radar bc some of those Mons are only available there. And I am grinding for LITERAL YEARS already but I NEVER found Staryu and Smoochum and never knew why. I literally searched ALL the common wikis, I never found anything (except that you need a certain game progression, but I finished the game anyways at that time)
This singular Video explained the meaning of the orb colours (by the way, how did you know?). And now I FOUND STARYU AND SMOOCHUM :D

Something else not mentioned in this video: All Pokemon caught in Dream Radar are automatically leveled based on your game progression in Black 2 and White 2, From level 5 with 0 badges, to level 40 with beating the Elite Four. This includes the legendary Pokemon obtained through this method.
Apparently Pokemon transfered from Dream Radar actually scale in level with the BW2 save they are transferred to. What this means, is that lv 5 Ho-oH, Lugia, and Landrous are legitimately possible to obtain

I remember reading about the orb color thing somewhere, probably Bulbapedia. I think they also have a list of what Pokémon appear with which orbs
