Hi friends! I hope you enjoy this video. We often talk about what skills or jobs are increasing in-demand and although it’s important to know that, it’s also important to understand why some skills and roles will be on the decline.
I’ve noticed a lot of trends from attending many big tech events and conferences recently and wanted to share my finding with you.
Hi Tiff! Awesome video 😁. Do you think there's still good chances to start as a software developer from scratch with a certificate (no university) ? Thanks!😊
Mam i am just pass out 12 what branch should I take for future opportunity ❤
Which is why I subscribe
You are absolutely gorgeous. Especially with those braids. 😍
Dont :
1- manual dexterity and repetitiveness like assembly line workers and packaging
2- narrow specific tasks
3- routine customer service
Do:
1- Data scientist/analyst
2- Cyber security
3- Consenting as Contractor
What about web dev? Block-chain dev?
Gpt 4.o is a complete data analyst
@@aburagdabhussainalicheerag6438Well 💩, just be broke then.
Ai will just be a tool for data analyst/companies. It will make the field more competitive though thus making it harder to get into.
@@aburagdabhussainalicheerag6438Yes, none of these jobs can't be done by AI
What about Cloud Computing?
As an ai nerd and starting my journey in business you are spot on if you are people originated your will be in demand an have a great career.
Thanks Tiff, I love your content!
You're so truthfull.
Hey love your videos, I would just appreciate it if you add more charts, and sources in the CZcams Description.
Great video Tiff! Any information on A.I. Auditing? I’m looking for some training
If you want to be a contractor the best way is to network with recruiters.
AI is absolutely fascinating and simultaneously scary
Most firms nowadays face enormous pressure on OpEx budgets and generally bill contractors to CapEx. Kinda sucks, but it is what it is
Hello Tiff how have you been, a question does the data science/analysis courses from Coursera are accredited by some college or something?
Great job Tiff.
I’d be very interested in hearing which roles/ skills are high in demand for consulting gigs.
Great video
greetings from Venezuela
Saludos mi pana
I do think that a differentiator for businesses will be whether you have AI or a real person.
Love form India❤❤❤
Thank you!! Wishing you all the best
How about Sdet software testers I work in that field is so in demand
Another great video! Thank you, it super helpful! ❤
Data scientist in AI. The job would stay. Code academy is good
Yes I've heard that too. How about Data Camp?
It would, until AGI. Then all Data related jobs are gone too. So, maybe in 3-4 years i guess.
I left my developer job to join a bank.
Developer job is saturated and hyper competitive in India.
It's getting more scary by the day
What about data analyst, product management?
Lol Im an unpaid Jr. AI Engineer intern. Just graduated. Hope I can find employment before I become homeless.
Same! I don’t have internship but have projects
You need to start freelancing, and I recommend looking for an entry level Help Desk IT job. It’s a perfect start
Trade jobs will never ever be replace
Robotics could take them eventually
Even the tech industry is getting too specific in They requirements in what they need. So they are hoping to fill the gap with robots or AI. Every company on the planet is looking to shrink its humanly labor force. And I don't just mean the physical labor. It has to do with mental labor too. So as quantum computing advances and robots and computers become more intelligent and more like humans They will slowly take over what people can do. The advancements are so quick now a robot can now program itself and learn new skills within 24 hours what used to take months so this is how fast Ai is actually going. So what skills are you going to need hard to say and It's hard to say what AI will be able to do in the future and I mean the near future within the next year or two. Because The greatest scientists on the planet cannot predict how fast computers will learn. In the last year for example It took computers and robots months and months to learn new HUMAN processes And now it only takes 24 hours to learn new processes.
Now computers are in law firms in pharmacies to restaurant servers it is actually scary where the ai is at. There are companies just out there to cut human labor by using the same AI as chat gpt concept.
In other words they plug in the business model to the server and then that AI will look for ways to reduce staff and cut labor and streamline business processes (which is essentially cutting labor)
And companies say this is all for the advancement of humanity. I say it's all for the advancement of the almighty dollar and how to save a buck..
As bill gates once said - This is the biggest advancement in human history bigger than the industrial revolution and like that revolution there will be certain pockets of the population left behind. Once the advancement of computers AI makes people richer the gap between the rich and the poor gets bigger ultimately violence will ensue..
Ultimately AI will make humankind better but who will have the off switch??
When will robots (Ai) learn to say no??
That is something nobody can predict. When the robots learn to say no that will be the downfall of their human race what we created will surpass and be better than us and they will know it and once they know it. Look out world.
Italy in certain countries in Europe are actually making laws to govern AI. Because the laws are not keeping up with the advancement of computers and all the technology.
Ai is a great thing but we have to govern it globally which is not being done right now.
Years a go there was a letters signed by the top scientist even Elon Musk that wqs sent to the UN asking them to slow down and govern the advancement of AI because they didn't know what the outcomes would be. That was turned down because of lobbyists greed and money.
Societies just think AI is fun and cool but until it impacts them (on a personal level) / individually as people get Get laid off and don't know what to do for their next job or training for that matter then they will rise up And say something maybe it'll be like in the movie Terminator Man versus machine.. until that day we'll just have to wait and see.
you might be right but no one can control the improving of human creatives. it could be bad or good, its just life. Benjamin Franklin discovered electiricty if it wasn't him it wouldve been someone else. sorry for bad english
Can Data Scientist, and especially Data analyst, not be taken over by Ai? At the very least, I don’t expect that Data scientist expected increase projection will actually hold up.
I have to be friends with copilot then
I don't want to be jobless
You won’t be!! Soo many amazing opportunities
The US government is starting to put some sort of restrictions against Ai, VP Harris says US agencies must show their AI tools aren’t harming people’s safety or rights.
@@TiffInTechYes you will. AI is created only for the purpose to do all kinds of jobs. Their capabilities are growing exponentially. All jobs that are created by AI, will be taken by AI soon after. Why is it so hard for people to think 3 meters ahead. From here it will go way faster than you think when Gouvernements won't come up with restrictions.
@@101therealestThat won't stop any AI from taking your job.
on customer service, I prefer humans as chatbots only respond to options. but what if I have different question? plus, i would feel comfort if I talk with someone who's responsive and friendly.
Given a lot of these calls are recorded. It’s just a matter of time the bots figure it out
@@nadyajjl I can see that. Still, humans could be better emotionally. We have empathy
there only two one job AI can help but cannot take them away from human. Data engineering because it cannot design and store its own data, Hardware engineering we need severs and data centers to train and store data the models.
I'm currently learning SQL as a way to get into tech. Am I on the right track?
Yes Data engineer, MLOps, AI/ML engineers are a must AI need Data and Data need storage so cloud computing is also a good path.
@@zealousprogrammer4539Hey do u think AI will replace cloud. I am learning it. But I am sacred
Sou do brasil 🇧🇷
That is awesome! I really want to visit Brazil
Looking for the comment with the summary of this video please..
What about data engineers?
Java is very demand nowadays and congress will eventually put a law against Ai I see VP Harris says US agencies must show their AI tools aren’t harming people countries like Uk is starting to put a restriction on Ai
What about stem careers I’m a chemist
Hi Tiff can we schedule a 1-1?
Whatever AI may automate, the job of a pissboy can't be automated.
This guy fucks
ERP developer
Thanks!
Ive watched a few of these videos and nothing about cloud.... this is my field and I have heard nothing.
Comment: Customer service will be refined. Companies will only seek those who are nice people, caring people, efficient people in communication. People who really obey the boss and the customer who needs help over the phone. I would not be surprised that these companies will desire that one get a masters degree in communication, but someone who has a nice voice, but who is caring at the same time. I think these unique people will thrive, but companies will get very picky about getting these fine candidates. Not everyone will qualify. You will need to have the right voice, the right energy, and the right chemistry to work for these companies. Yes, the host of the show is right about what she said that Customer service will be this unique field for the upper crust. You will need to have good chemistry with everyone for this Job. It does not matter if you are Chinese American or someone who is from Antwerp Belgium. If you don't have good chemistry over the phone, and that good voice to make people feel safe then your life in this field is Over. People (customers) are tired of the mean Live customer service agent.

While we are definitely able to automate most of the repetitive tasks found in assembly line processes with AI and Robotics, you are forgetting something. Unions are trying to stop this from happening as people are afraid of never being able to find work. History has proven time and time again that when jobs disappear due to technology other jobs appear so we are never really losing jobs. Factory automation will be a thing one day in the future when factory workers and their respective unions start to realize this, and stop being afraid of not having work to support themselves and their families.
The promise of the “new jobs” must be written in a contract. The company will 100% dump them on the street, leaving them and their families helpless.
History is not causal. You eventually reach a point where the technology can do most of the work, cutting full time jobs gradually until it can do it all. The business owner is happy while the workin class suffers.
Robots at workplaces are always a great risk as they have the capacity to replace multiple workers. These workers could only be called during downtime and when the robot and the AI-enabled machine doesn't behave as expected. Maintenance robots are still a thing of the future, and employees are almost always needed to fix complex machines. Organization is known by employees, not the machines. Ask any McDonald's employee with that coke machine, and their unending effort to try to get it back 'On' after a software glitch.
This just isn't anything close to like anything that has ever happened before in history.
We've made tools, not intelligence that had access to the entire world's collective knowledge. It's not the same.
Tell me you have never set food into an assembly line in the last 30 years:
@@backfischritter Have always wanted to get a glimpse of manufacturing line where robots make those delicious Lindt chocolates, before human chefs replace the robots.
Who will pay for AI if nobody has a job?
Wrong way to think about it. AI will reduce the amount of repetitive functions
@@ctjmaughs But it can soon, with one click, make a movie, music and art that we won't know the difference from AI and Human made. Those things are not what I would call repetitive functions.
That is pretty sad it shows much our creativity has dropped
employers who make money using it will pay for them. monopolization will occur probably
i think robotics is skyrocketing specialy for sex robots and AI GF. for consullting all this will assigned to cheaper countries for big tech dont recommend, Machine learning engineer is a better option than data scientist(data science is being automated, ousourced and saturated). Medical care of elderly people. 3d printing engineer, nanotechnology engineer. solar energ engineer. water consumtion engineer. that will be my bets. cyber security its super interesting at this moment.
You think cyber security is in danger of AI?
@@mykevin1122 no there is alot of crossover. and new things growing. we are going to see viruses built with AI with incredible capacities im sure.

AI is and will eliminate jobs in coding, data entry, accounting, lawyers, customer support representatives, cashiers, data entry, truck drivers, marketing, the list is endless. It’s estimated AI will eliminate over 85 million jobs. Sure, AI will create some jobs but not nearly the amount of jobs it eliminates. And most people cant afford to go to college to learn AI related jobs. This will create massive poverty and few people who can afford to buy the products thst AI creates!

A job that will survive A.I?? My job! Drive a bus!! A.I. will not be ready to safely transport people with the type of judgement that's required for today's streets and probably not anytime soon. It's also a job that will exist during bad economy and it can't be outsourced. No matter how bad the economy gets, people will always have places that they need to go. And even if A.I. takes over, I will probably STILL be needed!! Besides, I enjoy driving a bus. It's fun, I meet a lot of great people, great pay, and I get plenty of free time and days off. In fact, I went to Mexico during Christmas and will be going to Thailand some time this summer. And it's my way of traveling the world. So, just saying. My job is one that will survive A.I.
