Very informative video. Atleast this Solicitor show the reality, how much we need to pay instead of any fake commitment. This time there is shortage of sponsorship visa and students are moving towards self sponsorship visa without knowing even A B C of business, only thing in their mind to secure visa.
The charges are too high ... plus if we have 75000 pounds why will we come to UK ... 😂😂

I am an oci holder and holding a valid British passport ( citizenship) and am living in India for last 6 years with my husband who is an Indian citizen and got indian passport ! Will my British citizenship be affected if am living in India with oci card ?
Also can I live in India with oci permanent with British citizenship passport? Hope no issues within India or if I travel back to and fro to Uk & India , any immigration issues ?
What do I need to carry documents if I plan to visit my friends in UK fir shirt visit from India ? Also can I renew British passport from India as my British passport needs to be renewed in2027 !

Have you seen or read the new law made by the UK, I read the new law made by the UK in the newspaper today. Against indian nurses law.
There is no specific law for Indian nurses they change the minimum threshold for all skilled workers to 38000£ per year

Great video... God bless u. If the restaurant business is in loss for a year. And we need skilled workers to get it in profit then can we apply for a sponsor license? We have a corporate bank account in Tide. It's not a registered bank. Will 12 month statement of TIDE good for application? Or we need a high street bank ? We have submitted signed accounts last year as well. We have a three star hygiene Rating on score on the Door. Are we good ?
