I didn't knew about this as self sponsorship route until now but I had a genuinely opened a company and registered it and also have a Business account in HSBC in Jan 24 but I am working now on dependent visa . Your monthly Gross salary will be £3225, The business which you have started must be generating revenue and you will pay wages from it. That is why, I always say only jump on this boat, once you are 99% sure that the business plan will work.

In essence, the Authorising Officer acts as the central figure for Sponsor Licence management and ensures the organization operates as a responsible sponsor for migrant workers. The AO can also be the director of the company or can be on salary too. Hope this explanation helps.

Nothing is mentioned about Monzo on HMRC website, I will recommend go with High Street Branch accounts, as getting statement from middle of the date with address is hassle in Online Bank. For Share holding % is not important, as long as the authorising officer is British National. TCS is good company, so why wana switch now ? Is it not better wait until, just before they ask you to go back and switch after taking 2-3 yrs of UK experience. She is in the right direction, her field still have 4-5 yrs of work and plenty of opportunities, then AI will take over. You are wrong about the bank. There are two online banks that Home Office allows. You were wrong about the insuranse amount aswell.
